We were unsure about an all-in-one unit like this but we absolutely love it. Not only does it do a great job with washing and drying, it is very aesthetically pleasing. It’s just a really nice looking unit. My wife loves that she can program it via the app, which is a very modern but very good feature. One of the best things for my wife, who is about 5’3”, is the fact that the controls are in the center. The other products we considered had the dryer controls on the top like would be necessary w...

LG Wash Tower
The product delivery and initial installation was good, but a second installation was required to swap out the original vent. The installers that came out on 9/2426 did not meet my customer service expectation. No advance notice was received which was specifically asked for. Once arrived, the installer did not introduce himself. He questioned why I was changing the vent. I asked to have the unit moved to the right as it was blocking access to the electrical panel but the installer told me I didn...

Great Features !
Purchased less than a month for the perfect space, product is durable and sustainable for normal loads capacity . Functionality is user friendly and ease to use. Motor is quieter during cycle and being a pet mom, great allergen removal. WiFi capabilities for convenience.

Great LG Washer/Dryer
I needed a stacked washer and dryer. Most of the dryers have their selection panel too high for me to reach. I’ve always liked LG products. This stacked unit is great.

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM LOWES!
Lowes says they offer free installation, they do not. I ordered this washer and dryer, then ordered all the parts the website said I needed. When they showed up, the dryer vent was not the correct one, and the drain hose was not long enough. These were the parts LOWES said to get. So, they just left the unit in the hallway, not functional. When I called customer service I was literally told, well, you didn't pay for installation as it was part of the bundle so there is nothing we can do....

Conserves energy and laundry room space.
Just got this combo, works well. The delivery was not complete as the driver had me complete the hook ups and forgot to tell me an important detail

Getting this washer dryer was a journey. I wrote an earlier review about this involving poor behavior of two delivery men who ended up leaving the product uninstalled in my living room. It took a bit to figure out how to fix this issue but Orlinda at the Anchorage store was so kind and helpful. She ensured us that new delivery men would come to help and made sure we had a good experience. The new team who came to help us were really nice and respectful. Alfo ensured me he wanted to make sure the...

Works perfectly day in and day out
This washer/dryer set is easy to operate and hassle-free. I have had for 14 months and love it! I recommended it to a friend in Oregon and she is very happy with her LG WashTower 4.5 cu ft washer & 7.4 cu ft electric dryer too. Be sure to get the 5 yr repair warranty for peace of mind.
