Every single load takes at least 3 hours. Sometimes 5! Two problems. One, dry time. We had a repair guy here while it was still under warranty because it was leaking. He fixed the leak and we asked about the crazy long dry times. He said you have to be careful but to overload it. I'm not! We purchased this from Lowes in May. However we were not able to get it installed unitl late June due to unexpected construction delays. We finally got it installed and it takes 2.5 hours to run a cycle. And the clothes do not dry! So we run it on dry only cycle, takes another 2.5 hours and still not dry! Would never recommend this unit. There are only two of us and we only do small loads. ridiculous.

I just want it to do my laundry

I purchased this after sales associate recommended stating his mother uses one and loved hers. It’s ventless and was a good option since we have a side vent which makes it hard to fit front loaders in the area. I bought two of these thinking was going to save me so much time…..NO takes forever to do laundry, these bottom filters get clogged a lot from lent you have to drain them which was a poor design to have the drain hose at the bottom because you can put anything down below to hold the water unless it’s up off the ground. I have had nothing but problems with mine. I bought the warranty and they just got where they paid me out of them and said buy a different one.

Heavy but convenient.

Avoid this product if you want to keep your sanity

When it works, it works great. I've had this machine since August 2024 and have had several service calls in an attempt to correct a recurring issue of extremely high dry times. I've experienced dry times of 16 hours for two loads of laundry for two people. Disappointing for a large capacity drum. Excellent But Requires Care

We purchased this machine in April 2024. For context, we had a Whirlpool All in One that was a horrible piece of junk. True 8-hour dry times, clogged constantly had it serviced twice a year.
