Would Not Recommendsecond one bought within days. first one wouldn't even turn on and the second one turns on but wouldn't pickup a stud or electrical wire in the wall.

Disappointed...had to open package to find the scanner will not work on plaster skim coated wall. If info had been available on outside of package....it may be great on drywall.

Would RecommendI just moved into a new (to me) house. There are pictures to hang, shelving to place and cables to conceal. This tool makes it easy and let me know where electrical wiring is. No more tapping and trial and error. I like it!
