Would Not RecommendWe bought this for a decent mailbox. We had it for about a month and it is already coming off the post. We ended up having to crutch the post until we can figure out what to do with it. I do not recommend.

The post was to replace an old round post that was past its usefulness. Installation was straight forward and a pretty easy installation, especially after it had rained, resulting in softer ground to drive the post in. Design failure...Maybe
Would RecommendOverall seems like good design. However, the two part pole has an insert that allows attachment to bottom pole. The insert has broken loose and the integrity of the pole is compromised. Don't think the set-up will last much longer as repeated use of the mailbox is loosening the pole after 30 days of use.
