Lowe’s Loop was created to provide Lowe’s customers with information about the products we sell, including honest and unbiased feedback from our most trusted reviewers. Since Lowe’s Loop members will receive access to products that aren’t yet available on the market, their opinions may be among the first posted on a product's detail page.
Where do Lowe’s Loop products come from?
Lowe’s Loop provides members with free products that are provided by the vendors participating in the program.
How can I become a Lowe’s Loop member?
Lowe’s Loop is an invitation-only program. We invite customers to become a member of Lowe’s Loop based on the frequency and quality of reviews submitted on the site as well as the helpfulness feedback votes the reviews have received from other customers.
How are members compensated?
Lowe’s Loop members aren’t compensated for the reviews they submit, although they can keep the products they review. In order to remain active in the Lowe’s Loop program, members must provide reviews on products they receive within 60 days of receipt.
Are member ratings influenced by Lowe’s or the vendors?
Members aren’t influenced by vendors or Lowe’s in the writing of their review regarding the sampled product. We encourage honest and insightful feedback from all of our Lowe’s Loop members. All Lowe’s Loop reviews are posted on the website's product detail page unedited, regardless of whether it’s a favorable review or not, provided the Lowe’s Loop member follows
