Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the straightforward installation, requiring no digging or concrete, and appreciate the sturdy galvanized metal construction with a professional appearance. However, many report a loose joint between the two post sections that screws alone fail to stabilize, often requiring DIY reinforcement like tape or brackets. Despite this flaw, most reviewers find the design superior to traditional methods and would repurchase. A few encountered missing parts or damaged components, but these represent minimal feedback overall.

Would Not RecommendVery weak joint between the top half and bottom half of the post. Allows the top half to rock back and forth when you open and close the mailbox. I had to weld the joint together for the extreme movement at joint after one year.
Easy Mailbox Post
Would RecommendRelatively straight forward assembly and installation

good but with a fixable flaw
Would RecommendI like that this post doesn't require digging a hole and setting a footer. Getting it set straight upright takes a level or two and maybe some ratchet straps anchored to nearby objects to hold it firmly while pounding it in. The noted loose joint can be fixed with a $5 four pack of 6 inch brackets.

One terrible flaw.
Would Not RecommendIt looks nice overall but there is a very weak joint between the top half and bottom half of the post. That poor design allows the top half to rock back and forth when you open and close the mailbox.

Post in 2 pieces with screws that don’t stabilize.
Would Not RecommendSo first of all, I would probably buy this again because it is easy to pound it in the ground I did not go with the concrete option. The directions on the box are very kind of I don’t know feeble they’re not very good but you have to put this together first all the way before you attempt to put it in the ground because you have to measure and kind of figure out where your curb is like you know where the mailbox is gonna hit, etc. etc.. The post is in two parts which has two screws that join it t...

Would RecommendReplace an existing post just like this one but the post style had changed.

Easy installation
Would RecommendEasy to install. Sturdy construction. Wish there had been 4 screws instead of 2 attaching the box post to the mounting post or would have given 5 stars.
