Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the straightforward installation, requiring no digging or concrete, and appreciate the sturdy galvanized metal construction with a professional appearance. However, many report a loose joint between the two post sections that screws alone fail to stabilize, often requiring DIY reinforcement like tape or brackets. Despite this flaw, most reviewers find the design superior to traditional methods and would repurchase. A few encountered missing parts or damaged components, but these represent minimal feedback overall.

Good quality sturdy mailbox post
Would RecommendThis is a user installable galvanized steel mailbox post and support. It carries the Reliabilt brand name. I am installing it in the month of June at my seaside home. I installed it across the street in a mixed gravel and dirt location. The unit is galvanized and painted on top very nice paint finish on all of the exposed pieces. The bottom of the post is cut in an angle and it's hollowed out so it can penetrate the soil pretty well- much better than a solid post. We have high winds and driving ...
yeah, don't buy this.
Would Not RecommendThe plate to mount the bracket to the adjustable arm wasn't welded and broke off during installation. Absolutely garbage product from a hilariously ironically named company.
Durable and Functional
Would RecommendThis mailbox post is very heavy duty. The instructions to assemble were easy to follow. The post has a clean simple design and looks great. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Customer service is nonexistent.
This post is in two sections attached by two screws, and their holes were improperly tapped (too large). I began explaining this in two sessions to four different customer service agents, and both times was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours. They used the words "escalated", "priority" and "urgent". I'm still waiting to hear, 13 days later...

Even I could install this!
Would RecommendOverall a very smart design. Sharp and modern, a great alternative to the typical square wooden post. LOVE the adjustable height! Directions clear and easy to follow. Hint: The post comes in two sections. Directions say to pound the bottom section into the ground first, then insert the top section into the bottom one. Problem? It's a very tight fit, so you'd have to also pound the top section into the bottom section, which would drive the entire post deeper into the ground than the recommended 1...

Unusable
Would Not Recommend1. Driving cap disintegrates 2. Bottom part of main post was deformed making it nearly impossible to assemble the two main post halves 3. Directions are unclear about which hardware to use in which place. I wasted 40 bucks and can’t return it. Now I will go buy a wood post.

Great Quality
Would RecommendA nice individual plowed down our mailbox and left without notice. I am handicapped now and cannot dig a hole, add concrete, etc. So, this worked out awesome. Drive in with a mini sledge hammer...attach box and mounting arm. Easy peasy. I would definitely buy again.
