cold brew!!

I bought this after my keurig was about 9 years old. I wanted something that had different options. I researched and read about different coffee makers and this kept coming on top with all the features I wanted. I love the cold brew feature and the frother, I never knew I needed it! I have tried the specialty and it is rich. I am happy with this product and will recommend to any coffee person. I haven't tried the tea options yet.

This thing is fantastic. I use it 3 times a day and so does my wife.

Do not buy!

I bought this model as an upgrade to my older model Ninja coffee maker. Biggest regret ever. It leaks ALL the time, and the coffee has stained counters and walls. I thought it would be worth the price since I love all my ninja and shark products, however if I could go back I wouldn’t even take this for free.

LOVE IT!

Makes great coffee! After learning how much coffee for the different cup sizes I am am very impressed at the consistently good coffee I’m getting. No complaints.

I love this coffee maker

I had an older version for several years and it bit the dust. This one has a few newer features and it makes even better coffee then my old one. I always take my coffee to work now because I can't stand their coffee. The frother is a nice feature too. I love it and tell all my friends how great it is. I can't wait to try the tea making with this too. I love home brewed tea. Definitely worth the cost if you like coffeehouse coffee

I love my Hot & Cold Brewed sytem

I haven't had the time to used it at it's 100% but so far it's been great. My daughter loves making her tea over ice - they are delicious and really taste like starbucks. My classic coffee tastes amazing, I can't wait to use the side tool and make expressos too.

Improved coffee maker

This coffee maker is nice. I love how we can choose how much to make: only a cup to a pot. Brews hot and fast. Down side the reusable filter sucks. Go back to the old version!

Great coffee, bad quality control

Our 1st gen Ninja coffee bar was amazing and made great coffee. Nothing but good things to say about it. So we bought this thinking it would be even better. While it does make good coffee, there seems to be some design flaw between the tank and where the tank mounts, as ours started leaking water all over our counter every day or so about 6 months into ownership. Not that cool and very limited recipes

It’s a basic coffee maker that claims to make special coffees but the recipes book is very limited. Definitely disappointed and regret this purchase

We’ve been using a Keurig for the past two years just recently went and visited some family they had the ninja coffee maker so we got it and it has been the best coffee I’ve ever had

Leaks Absolutely Terrible

Had a previous model and it died after years, was a great machine. I purchased this one thought it was an upgrade. But it leaks all over the place. This thing is terrible.

What a mess.

Every time I brew coffee my counter ends up with coffee and water from the coffee maker. Water is from the condensation and the coffee drips right outside the crafe and runs to the counter. Want to love this coffee maker, but cleaning up this daily is making it hard.

Quality products

I love everything Ninja. I have the coffee/tea bar, the coffee bar, and the Air Fryer, oh, and the XL hot/cold cups. If you don't have a Ninja, get one.

Love it!

Love the system and it has worked flawlessly over the past few months. In hindsight I wish I would have gone with a system with a larger water reservoir to avoid having to refill several times per day. The brew size selector is great, and works for all of our popular travel mugs.

Best Coffee/Tea Make I have ever had

We have had this coffee/tea maker for over 2 years now, use it every single day and haven't had one issue with it. We did have it leak a couple of times below the water tank, but found out that it wasn't seated correctly and never had it leak since. I bought this because I am a coffee fanatic and my wife is a tea snob and so it has been wonderful for us. I don't understand all the bad reviews since ours's never had an issue.
