I love this machine

I'm reading a lot of negative reviews on the hot and cold brew coffee maker. I'm sorry those people are having issues. I've had mine 3-4 years and it's been awesome! It brews amazing coffee every time! I just started having issues with it constantly wanting to be cleaned. I can run vinegar through it until the clean light goes off, but a couple of days later, it comes back on. It didn't do this before. I am looking for recommendations. Also, occasionally the time changes on it's own now. I don't...

Versatile and Awesome

My family has both coffee and tea drinkers and this machines fits the needs of all of us! I love being able to make a glass of iced tea whenever I want one and my husband can make whatever size cup of coffee he needs. I also really like the fact that there is no need to buy and use coffee filters. The filters for both coffee and tea are easy to rinse and reuse and there is no cross-contamination between coffee and tea. We are very pleased with this purchase!!!

Awesome Machine!!

I bought this 5 months ago and its been great! We use it twice a day and never any issues! I can not understand all these people having mold issues and cleaning issues. My cleaning light has never come on. Best thing I got since ditching the Keurig!

Water Tank Leaks

I just bought this coffee maker and and so disappointed. It continually leaks water out of the tank onto the container. I've only had it for three week. What can you do for me customer service?

The best yet !

Bought this CP301 Hot & Cold / Coffee or Tea Brewing System to replace my old CF080Q coffee bar (bought Oct 2016 & still works!). Exceptional coffee/tea maker. Very easy to use after reading directions. Well worth the money. Downloaded the special recipe book for the Hot & Cold Brewed System, 40 great recipes. Thank you Ninja.

great coffee---otherwise junk

Bought this a little over one year ago. Liked the coffee it made but after about 11 months, it Stopped recognizing the filter basket when trying to make coffee. If you jiggled the filter basket, it would work. Initially, no big deal. After a month or so, it became unusable. Got in touch with Customer Dis-service and was told it was now one month out of warranty but they would gladly sell me a new one. This company's ethos leaves a lot to be desired

Awful

I can’t make a full carafe of coffee. I use 3 scoops of coffee like i typically would with any coffee maker. What happens is that the filter clogs and the water and coffee start leaking out of the filter compartment all over the place. Worst design ever. Save your money.

The best coffee maker

We upgraded to this coffee maker a few months ago and absolutely love it. We use it daily and love the flexibility it offers to make all types and sizes of coffee. We especially love the cold brew and specialty coffee features. It is super easy to use as well. I was a bit worried based on some of the other reviews - but we haven’t had a single issue and am so glad we got it. Highly recommend!

What a ninja

I bought this for my parents. They have had many coffee pots over their years of life. This is by far the great east they have ever had. From making just one cup of coffee to the carafe. Then to mix eggs in the the frother. Great job ninja

Amazing product!

I read reviews on this only after I purchased - so I was a little nervous when people were talking about it leaking. I haven’t had one issue and I make about two full carafes plus a extra cup or two a day. Haven’t had any issues. I love that I can make a pot of coffee for me and then turn around and make a pot of iced tea for my family. One product and it’s so easy! Plus my son loves his specialty brew coffees - especially his Carmel Macchiato! The attached frother is great!!

Best coffee maker I’ve ever had

My husband and I got this hot/cold coffee brewer right after Christmas and absolutely love it. We have used it every day. We mostly make coffee but do like our tea and it’s perfect for both. We like the flexibility of do a single cup or a whole pot.

Love it!

I have had my Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System for a week and I love it. I have not experienced any of the issues that others have expressed. I love the variety of drinks it can provide and have a Cappucino every day now!

Wonderful upgrade!

I have had my Ninja Hit and Cold Brew system for almost 3 years now, and still love it. It’s compact and can fit into any space on my counter; easy to work; easy to clean; and makes the perfect cup of tea or coffee each and every time. It’s a must have!

Love it

I am in love with this coffee maker. I have no regrets. I got it about 2 weeks ago and am so impressed. Makes the best cold brew coffee.....this is one purchase i dont regret

It Broke

We bought the item a while ago. After using it to make tea this morning, we poured some out. It was good tea. When we went to put it back in, the bottom glass part of the container dropped off for no apparent reason, and shattered, spilling hot tea and glass shards all over the floor.

Don’t buy the glass

The glass carafe is made extremely cheap. Breaks with quick temperature change or even the slightest ding in the sink.

Coffee lovers look no further! This is the perfect machine for you. Offers lots of sizing and versatility as you can use it with any coffee of your choosing. Utilized the Keurig for years before making the switch and can’t see ourselves using any other machine! Great price point and I’ve had it for years!

Not what I thought

I bought after seeing a review on The Today Show. I was disappointed that the frother did not hear the milk. Carafe is easily stained and difficult to clean. Just fair coffee.
