Horrible design

Within a week the water reservoir was leaking and every time I brewed the coffee made in anywhere except the pot. So disappointed given the price and how great their blenders are.

Great for lovers of different beverages

Having the two separate containers is so smart and the #1 reason I wanted this machine. I love tea, can’t stand coffee, but my husband likes coffee. I couldn’t use the old Keurig-like device we had before since everything still tasted like coffee to me since it all passed through the same area. I’m so glad we got this machine it allows us to make beverages we each enjoy!

I love this Ninja!

I was hesitant to purchase this coffee maker after reading some of the reviews about it leaking. I then found one that discussed using a simple washer to fix the problem. The other problem was with making one cup. Since I am not a single cup kind of gal and this machine had every feature I wanted, I went ahead and bought it. It is AMAZING! No leaks and worth every penny.

Frothtastic - great coffee machine

This really is a great coffee maker. It's well designed, easy to use. Love the hook for the scoop, very handy. The frother is the BEST, this little edition makes me so happy each morning. It's simple to use & clean. Only change, wish there was a hook on the back for the tea basket...that's a minor flaw. Looking forward to trying out the cold brew during warmer months. Thanks Ninja for another wonderful product.

Great coffee machine!

We've had this over a month and still love it. My husband summed it up as' "a well made machine". The versatility of the foam and tea option is easy. If you like tea sometimes it times each tea for that specific tea and it is better than I make on my own! Of course, the coffee is exceptional and smoother than my other coffee makers. It really is a complete coffee system.

Water reservoir leaks

I got this as an upgrade to my original Ninja coffee maker. Within 2 months the water reservoir started to leak every night when I'd set up the pot to run in the morning. I purchased a new reservoir and the same problem. I love the taste of the coffee and the convenience of having the option to make tea, but this is not worth the stress of having to clean a major mess each time the unused water leaks all over the counter and floor.

I Love My Hot & Cold Brewed System

I brought one in 2019 and it was working fine except there was a few times the water didn’t come out of the filter hold only because I did fully push it all the way in. I recently move and it got damaged and will not work properly so I brought another to continue drinking my cup of herbal tea every night I really enjoy this system.

Amazing and easy to use

I love this device so much. It has lots of options for different cup sizes, a smart sensor for coffee or tea depending on the basket, easy to clean, brews quick and a great frother.

I bought this coffee maker about a year or two ago and have had no problems, it’s my favorite coffee maker of all times! The fact that you are able to make coffee and ice tea is awesome, you are also able to pick your desired amount of product and it’s simple to use. Depending on your coffee grid size some particles may slip into the coffee through the brewing process but I add a paper filter and that fixes the issue (Not all coffee types go through). I’ve had this coffee

I’ve had this coffee maker for 2 years now, and I love it! I’ve recommended it to so many people already. My mom, sister, cousin, and aunt all got one as well lol. It makes great coffee!

Great machine

Disclaimer: I don't drink coffee, so I can't speak for that use. I bought this machine about 1.5 months ago and I use it daily. It works great, I like all the features - and especially the ability to pre-program a brew so it's ready when I wake up. The only issue I had with it was the fact that when I use mate tea it often overflows and the machine has no sensor to avoid that. Love the dual feature

My husband loves coffee and I have really gotten into tea. I love that I can just change out the coffee filter and drop my tea filter in with which ever tea I want and it comes out perfect!

This was my Christmas gift to myself last year and so far it has been a worthwhile investment. There are multiple ways you can fix your coffee (and tea!), from classic to cold brew, and you can brew anywhere from 4 ounces to a full carafe. There is a little arm that folds down where you can set your mug so it’s close to the spout (aka no splashy mess). The built-in frother is AWESOME and it takes drinks to the next level. Love the Ninja Hot and Cold system

This system replaced a many years old Ninja that finally gave out. Upgraded to the one that also brews tea which I love. The newer features and controls are better than I expected. Love the frother which I use every morning. Hot tea is perfect every time, using teabags or loose tea. Very happy with my purchase.

Has a bunch of features that makes it a great option to have , however I haven’t found the right ratio to make my hot coffee the way I like it precisely but if you’re not picky and love plenty of options this is for you

Great machine!

I bought this a month ago, and get excited to use it every day. It works great, it is fast and is pretty on my counter. The brew time for both coffee and tea is very quick. I haven’t dabbled with all of the settings yet, but have made cold brew tea by the pot and by the cup. Coffee, and iced coffee. I would recommend this product to anybody. The only thing that would make this a “perfect” coffee/tea maker, is if I could set it so it would start brewing in the morning automatically, but that’s me...

Dont buy this

I bought this around the first week of April 2020. Within a few months i noticed the water reservoir leaks possibly bc of an improper seal. This morning 1.5 years after spending 200+ on this machine it broke. It no longer recognizes the water reservoir is there and therefore no longer makes coffee.

Love it!

We've been using this guy everyday for 2 years now we haven't had any issues. My husband drinks coffee, I make tea. The kids use it for cocoa. Amazing product, couldn't be happier!

Overall a good product

I enjoy being able to brew coffee and tea…which I typically do daily. What I don’t appreciate is the frequent “clean” light that comes on in days after cleaning. I’ve tried unplugging the machine for more than 10 minutes, the clean light is now off…until I turn it on again. Very annoying.
