Coffee maker will not complete the brew and leaves the liquid in the basket EVERYDAY. I've had this for 2 months and began having the issues 2 weeks ago. I've ran the cleaning cycle to no avail. Just stay away from shark products. They run great until they don't.

This product is trash . Used it only twice and there are so many issues with it. Coffee doesn't come out or leaks all over the places. Do not buy this coffee maker.

I wish I could say that I love it, especially since it was a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter. It leaks! My registration information and phone call documentation disappeared. Buyer beware, this machine has lots of issues

Let me start off by stating I'm not new to Ninja products. I had the old coffee bar system and also have the oven/air fryer, never having a major issue with either of those products. Easy to use!

I bought this after 2 Keurig coffee pots died. The set up was quick and it makes hot and cold drinks. I love making iced latte’s for work!

My daughter in law bought this. I stayed at her house for a week and fell in love with this coffee maker. I had her send me the link and I ordered straight away. The coffee is the best. I got strep throat about 2 weeks later after receiving my coffee pot so I made hot tea for the 1st time. OMG. Best hot tea I've ever had. Will never buy a regular coffee pot again. It's worth the $$$

I am in love

I bought the brewing system after much thought and research because I wanted to replace mY Keurig with something more eco friendly and something that can also make lots of tea. I love this system. It allows for so many options. And frothing the milk is amazing!!

I’ve had mine for about 2 years and never had a problem with anything. I do clean it about once a month.

Coffee is Hot, but leaks water

We have the same issue as many others in this review chat. The condensation builds up during the brew cycle, causing water to drip down the handle of the carafe and on our counter. We always have to keep a paper towel under them machine b/c of this unfortunate event and have to wipe down the counter everyday after brewing coffee.

Love my Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System! I chose a glass carafe, personal preference, I think the coffee stays hotter. LOVE the features of this machine - that I can brew just 1 cup of coffee for myself after dinner, a travel/XL mug, or a full carafe. Was Great...

My husband gave me this as a gift and was wonderful but for months now the coffee us HORRIBLE! Watery and nasty tasting. I've cleaned as described in the manual several times and it just seems to get worst. I had hoped this would last longer.

I loved our last Ninja coffee maker, it lasted over 3 years. I thought it was time to upgrade to this model since we drink teas as well. We made out first pot and it didn't fully finish brewing all the water that was added. The following week, we made brewed another pot of coffee and this time, coffee was all over the counter instead of in the carafe. I bought this system after finally having enough with my malfunctioning basic drip coffee maker that made the worst coffee. My roommate and I LOVE cold brew but never had the patience to make it at home and were spending tons of money on coffee shops. Waste of money, what a mess

I've had this coffee maker for about 6 months now and it's been nothing but a headache. After using it for about 3 months it's started spewing coffee all over the place only about 1/2 goes into the carafe. I took the center piece out thinking if it had bigger target for the coffee to flow into the mess would stop. Not a thing helps it. I wish I had never purchased it.

Best coffee maker around. I love how it has different baskets if you want to brew tea or coffee. Super easy to use and clean. It’s pricy but worth every dollar. It can make from a single cup to a whole pot. I have the thermal carafe model.

Is there a negative star option?

WORST product I have ever purchased. Three have failed. Headed out to purchase any coffeemaker other than this brand.

LOVE MY NINJA !!

I have had my Ninja for over a year & have had no problems. I found out if I change coffee from classic to rich, it does not use all the water which makes sense. My sister was visiting and did not put the water dispenser in correctly and water did spill on the counter. I have had no problems with water leaking. The separate to maker is great since you taste only tea and not taste the leftover coffee.

Very happy with it thus far

I bought this apx 4 months ago to replace Keurig. And so far it has done everything it's supposed to do. It's not as quick a Keurig but it's faster than my old coffee maker and now I get better coffee than with the Keurig. Keurig is fast but coffee is costly and not that good. Now I grind fresh beans from better coffees.
