Ratings & Reviews for Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System 5 -Cup Programmable Residential Cold brew coffee maker with Automatic Shut-Off ( Black )

Workmanship Lacking

I️ received this for a Christmas gift; when washing the carafe per instructions - the carafe shattered. I️ have not experienced this issue with other brands - this will be going back to the store.

HOLY MOLY I LOVE THIS THING!! When looking for a new coffee machine, I needed one that had a multitude of functions: individual servings, espresso, full carafe, etc. This machine meets all of my needs and works BEAUTIFULLY. Although the machine is a little pricy, I think it's well worth the investment. Plus, you don't have to waste money on k-cups! It comes with an eco-friendly permanent filter, a milk frother, what seems like a million different settings for both coffee and tea... I could go on...

Wonderful product! We replaced our Keurig with this brew system for the fact that we could brew a full pot AND single cups, unlike the Keurig that only brew a single cup. Coffee comes out fantastic, and I love that it has a cold brew setting! We use this brewer multiple times every day! Their customer service was great, I dropped the glass carafe and they were quick to help me order a replacement. Recommend for sure!

I got this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. You are able to do cold brew (which is a big deal to me) , hot tea, and iced coffee. It all works well, especially the cold brew! & it’s quite and quick!!Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System

I have owned many many different coffee makers over the years and this one by far BLOWS them out of the water. It's amazing quality and very well designed with so many brewing options for both tea and coffee. I absolutely love the added built in frother and attached scoop, making it easy to find and use. It makes several different strengths and cup/carafe sizes as well. Stays warm up to 4 hours which is awesome, without burning coffee! Must have for all coffee lovers

I love this coffee maker so much. It does traditional brewed coffee, cold brews, iced coffee, and even brews hot and iced tea. I love how I can also do single serve cups or use the carafe for a traditional pot of coffee. I definitely recommend this coffee maker. It has so many features and options that it will fulfill all your coffee and tea needs. Ninja Hot Cold Brewed System

Multiple System Crashes

I will not ever buy one again. I had my first one for less than a year and the system crashed after it’s recommended cleaning cycle. They sent me a replacement and it’s been TWO WEEKS and the system randomly crashed again! Very unsatisfied with this product.

I am loving this coffee/tea machine! There are so many different drinks to make and it taste amazing! It’s so quick and easy to use! Great addition to my household!

Registered for our wedding on a friend’s recommendation and we love it! Select whether you want a single cup, large mug, travel mug, half carafe, or full pot - an awesome feature that lets you leave the pod systems behind! Makes excellent iced coffee, too. Highly recommend!!

My mornings are so easier with The Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed System ..I can make the perfect size depending on the type of day I am having. I can even froth my own milk. It has multiple setting for tea and coffee. I basically just have to put in the coffee/tea and the machine does the rest.

We absolutely love this machine! The fact that you can do single cups, travel cups, full pots and half pots is great! I love the iced tea option and being able to brew coffee over ice. It's like your own little coffee bar in your house if you buy/make flavored syrups. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this ninja Brewer. I got this as a birthday gift and I use it every single day. it makes a great cup of coffee but even better it can make iced coffee which is my favorite on a hot day. it's simple to use and has lots of options including hot or iced tea. I would recommend this to anyone.!

I have been loving my Ninja hot and cold brewing system. My partner and i love coffee and I love tea. It is such a versetile product. Can brew anywhere from 1-12 cups I believe. My ONLY complaint is that the beverages do not brew as hot as I would like them to.

Almost Perfect

We love the delayed brew. The machine remembers both times and settings we want so i dont have to reset the time or selections each day. Just press the delay brew button before bed and once in the morning after my tea is made. Down side is no heater base so your drink can't sit all day and stay warm. Also both green and brown filters drip when I take them out of the machine to clean. Im always cleaning up drips on the counter from them. Very annoying an extra step every morning.

Not As Good as I thought

I bought two of these, one for my office, and one for my house. I got about three single cups out of them before they just started dripping coffee all over the place. I've cleaned them numerous times with no luck on fixing the issue.

Not for everyone

It should be noted that you must use the gold tone filter to get a full brew and prevent leaks. This is per a conversation with ninja today. Had I known this prior to purchase I wouldn't have as good tone allows oils through that are non conducive to cholesterol reduction

Just Perfect

I love my Ninja and happy with my purchase. Nothing like it

Love this machine!

Got rid of the Keurig and went with this, we love it!

Great machine

I bought this in April and have really liked it, the only issue is that the mechanism that lifts and lowers the baskets pushes out the tea steeper sometimes and then it'll stop the process and the basket is full of hot water, other than that minor issue the machine works great.

This Ninja Hot and Cold brew system is exactly what we were looking for and all we've ever wanted for coffee and tea. I made my first cup of coffee and I’m totally in love. The simplicity, flavor, texture, versatility are unbelievable. We love coffee and loose leaf tea and this provides you the best of both world.
