Leaks

Bought this machine a little over a year ago. About 3 months into owning it, came down one more to a soaked counter and floor. Customer service sent me a new tank, helped the issue for about 3 more months and now it just full on leaks at random. From reading the reviews doesn’t look like it’s an uncommon issue.. too bad I loved ninja products.

Love mine

I've had this coffee maker for maybe 4 years now and I still love it. I see some negative reviews but I haven't had any issues with mine. I use mine to make mostly single cups of coffee and tea. I love the function for both! The reservoir does leak if you don't get it "snapped" in but I find it easier to fill up a cup with water and then dump in the reservoir instead of holding it waiting for it to fill up with water. Love this coffee maker

I absolutely love this coffee maker!! Of course you do have to clean it regularly but this should be done on any coffee machine. I make single cups and large carafes and never have spillage(unless I use the wrong sized cup). If you ever feel like it’s getting too hot or dispensing an incorrect amount of water, recalibrate it. I love the frother and love trying new recipes with this awesome machine!

Love hate relationship

This is my 2nd ninja coffee maker. I had an older model, which I loved, and I figured a newer one would be better, unfortunately I was wrong. It is constantly leaking. I can’t leave water in the reservoir or I’ll find a puddle of water. I also don’t think it heats up as well. Very disappointed.

Worst ever

I was so excited to get this coffee maker with cold brew, steamed milk options. It leaks all over the place almost every day! This is such an expensive appliance but worth it if it works. I am so disappoinrted. Not what I expect from Ninja.

Good coffee maker when it doesn't leak

I've owned this machine for a few months now. There's a potential design flaw that if the water tank isn't 100% seated correctly, water will leak out and under the machine. This has happened after the tank has been filed, the machine was used a few times, and then it sits for a day - water starts to leak under the machine and all over whatever it's sitting on. This has been at least 6 times I get up in the morning to find the machine sitting in a pool of water, and water all over the floor and c...

Leaks and makes a mess

Don't buy this product! The water tank leaks at least once a month. An this to top that off, I work up this morning to half of a pot of coffee on my counter top. The "lever" that controls the flow from the filter to the pot did not function correctly and the coffee overflowed and made a giant mess. Luckily it puddles on my counter and didn't get on my hardwood floors. I would not trust this machine to function correctly to set up the time delay. It requires supervision

I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER!!!

I love this coffee maker. I am able to make all hot and cold drinks to my liking! Not to mention with just a switch of the filter, you can make tea! The ONLY thing I would add to this amazing machine is an espresso option! Other than that I use this daily, and have never in two years I’ve owned it had an issue. I also love that it has a ‘cleaning’ setting which I run weekly!

What a Mess

This product has caused nothing but problems for us since we began using it. It becomes too hot and does not drip the coffee into the pot. Rather just outside the range of the pot causing a clean up every use and not enough coffee to drink. We called Ninja hoping it was a problem with the particular maker. Paid them for a new unit and had the same problem. This product should not be sold.

So disappointed

I bought this coffee maker less than a year ago. I have already had to buy a new pot because the other one just shattered one day out of no where. Then I started having issues with it not making a full pot of coffee. I clean it regularly. Then it started spilling coffee out of every hole which caused it to spill all over my counter and floor. We've had our coffee maker for at least 3 years and we have never had any issues. We've gotten to explore its different options and we just love it. It's our best morning companion and visitors always compliment our coffee. A coffee-lover friend once said "this coffee tastes so good, which one is it?" Excellent Brew every time!

Now that I’ve had my CP301 for 3 years I guess it is time to say something nice, about this wonderful maker! I have brewed 1-2 cups or a full pot everyday since finding it, it has brewed a consistently great cup. I’ve read everybody’s reviews good and bad, and I’m all the way good. Bought this Ninja a month ago and absolutely love it!! Been making coffee and tea for over 30 years and best coffee maker I’ve ever owned! If you buy one, get the one with glass carafe not thermal pot, you won’t regret it!!!
