Awesome!

I had the original 1st edition Ninja Coffee Bar, it finally started to act up so it was time to upgrade it. Decided to stay with Ninja and boy am I glad we did!! This thing is fantastic, looks and functions are off the hook!! Makes delicious coffee (grind my own beans) and delicious tea!! (loose leaf green tea). Really am impressed with this machine and the build quality seems to be great as well!! Glad we stuck with Ninja (have the Foodi XL Deluxe, Mega Kitchen system blender, Shark vacuum)...

I have 2 and a spare in the attic

We bought this because I drink coffee like Kid rock drinks beer, which is to say frequently and alot. I have one at work , one at home and a spare in the attic. My wife makes tea with it, but I make iced and hot coffee several times a day and we've had them for over a year, and as for the mold lady, that's from untreated water bacteria, and if you take the reservoir off you can get a pipe cleaner inside that bubble from underneath, but in the meantime you might want a water test.

Perfect for routine work from home

I bought this almost a year ago and have had no problems cleaning or maintaining since! Love the brew this can produce and how simple the design is. I'm very thankful that I got this before going into lockdown (before COVID hit, so February-ish), having good coffee at home has been a life saver! My S/O also loves the Cold Brew setting. Absolutely love it

I’ve owned many coffee makers in the past 30 years and hands down this is the best by far. The tea function and ability to make specialty drinks is also wonderful. Favorite features: Easy to use Frothier Separate baskets for coffee and tea Coffee stays hot Wide pouring spout I don’t like the water receptacle connection. I have to yank on it to remove it but it’s a minor annoyance compared to the many things I like!

Great idea, poor execution

First one we bought had error message right out of box. Customer service was great and sent us another one. The second one lasted about 3 months and then started leaking water all over the counter. The reservoir seal doesn't work well so you can't keep water in it at all times which means no freshly brewed pot in morning. We came done to no coffee, and water everywhere too many times when using the delayed brew feature.

I love this thing. I used a Keurig for years before remembering how much cheaper and better tasting buying ground coffee was. Also makes great cold brew!!!

I use it 2-3 times daily!

I have never and I'm not sure I will ever use the milk frothing feature, but I have used most of the coffee and tea settings. I love to sit down and drink my coffee in the morning, then have a cup or two of tea in the afternoon. I love this coffee maker. It’s so easy and offers a lot of versatility. Never had any issues.

This hot and cold brew system is amazing! I don’t have anything bad to say. It comes with everything you need to make an amazing cup of tea or coffee. The flavors are so rich and I love the option of having iced or hot coffee/tea. I highly recommend this brew system. It’s everything I wanted and more. I can’t imagine getting a different coffee maker.

Don't last a whole year

I bought 2 coffee Bars and the first one started lighting the clean button after each brewing even after running the cleaning cycle , then I bought second one and that one started doing the same thing before one year and could never finish brewing a cup of coffee before the clean button started beeping , they need to fix this problem cause its not fair to buy something this expensive that don't last a full year ,I love it and miss it but my husband don't want me to spend more money on something ...

Leaks

I got this for Christmas last yea. Makes great coffee but leaks out of the bottom. Now it doesn't even work. Not worth the money.

Love the features

I’ve had a Keurig now for 13 years but every time I got one of the “fancy” models, it wouldn’t last. So we heard about the Ninja brewer and decided to dive in. I’ve loved it and so has my husband. Best coffee maker ever!

I bought this to replace my Keurig, which was clearly ready to be replaced. This is the best purchase I’ve made all year. I purchased this at the beginning of the summer and it made the best cold brew coffee all summer long. Makes very tasty strong coffee

This coffee maker makes some of the best coffee you would ever drink always strong as you want it and as much as you need it had it almost 2 years now and it works great the whole family loves so before going to work we make al kinds of blends and all come out delicious.

Stopped Working Completely

IT WONT EVEN TURN ON. I’ve had it for less than a year. Complete rip off.

Leaky reservoir

I bought 8 months ago and I am tired of the leaky reservoir! It doesn’t do it EVERY pit but often enough to be irritating! Very frustrated.
