Sleek Design, Good Brews

We've had our Ninja for over a year now, and have loved the product. Simple to use, and has a host of fun and useful features - my husband loves the frother feature. We received it as a gift. However, I've run the clean cycle twice in a row, because it isn't brewing our coffee. No error codes, just won't initiate once I've started the brew cycle. Not sure what the issue is. Going to troubleshoot again, but we may have to replace the unit.

I love this coffee bar! I love having the ability to brew a variety of sizes using fresh coffee, no little plastic cups! The iced coffee is fabulous and the attached frother allows me to make lots of fun coffee treats! I recommend this product to any coffee lover as you can have amazing flavors and convenience at the same time!

So I bought this product more for my husband than me as I’m not a big coffee drinker but OMG compared to the Keurig I think I might just be a coffee lover! 🥰 it definitely brews differently and and a lot faster as we have family in town and they are all coffee drinkers! Bonus! I love I can put loose leaf teas in it! Coffee drinkers this is a must buy!

Great til it died

Worked well, good coffee, then the tea feature stopped working, it would t shift from black to herbal, then it died, just quit, after about 18 months.

Great System for making coffee and tea

This unit is the system I use, and it makes tea for me to sip on daily. I love the heating pad.

Great features but the coffee filter needs help

Has some great features the tea brewing was something nice to have. But the built in coffee filter needs some attention there were coffee grounds at the bottom of the pot and in my mug. Thought this may be a fluke but this has been consistent in every coffee brew. Placed some coffee grounds on the filter before brewing and with a slight tap coffee grounds were seeping through the filter. Seriously I had a Cuisinart coffee make with a built in coffee filter that was a 1/4 this price and no coffee...

Loved this at first!

I’ve had this brewing system since October 2019. Have had great luck with it until recently. Why does coffee stay in the brew basket after brewing? I always use filters,once I used the basket that came with it. When I used the brew basket without a filter, I didn’t even get a 1/4 of a cup of coffee!

System won't let you brew

The system keeps saying "CnCl", which indicates a clean cycle is needed. I've never actually brewed a cup before. I've run four different cleaning cycles, and the system still won't let me brew anything. This has been echoed by at least two other people in the comments here. It makes me really sad, the system looks awesome, but if it can't detect descaling properly, I dont know that it's usable.

This is the best machine I’ve ever bought. I mainly bought it since it brews coffee AND tea! This machine has been incredible and so easy to use. My favorite feature of it is it’s ability to make cold brew in less than 10 minutes! Do yourself a favor and buy one of these!

I had a cheaper coffee pot for the last six years and it broke so I decided I wanted to get the coffee pot that I wanted after some research I decided to buy this one huge selling point for me is it does tea as well! I absolutely love this coffee pot I went from drinking half a cup of coffee that two cups of coffee! I love the frother and the recipe book I'm always making different types of coffees with it! It's a beautiful machine I absolutely love it. The only thing I don't like is it does not...

Love this machine. I can brew different size cup, or a pot, or a half pot. I can make coffee or tea. Tea can be bags or loose. And there’s a separate tea filter so there’s no coffee taste to your tea. Measuring spoon is attached to the side. Love the frother too. I wish it made the water for tea a little hotter. Only drawback is that I’m never sure that the frother is completely clean because it doesn’t come off.

Second time around with the same unit

Coffee maker leaks. This was a replacement issued by Ninja with the same issues. 1st one leaked around the water chamber. The replacement leaks brewed coffee underneath the coffee maker. Both units worked good for about a month.

I am an avid tea drinker so I absolutely love how versatile this ninja machine is so that I can make loose leaf tea and also make coffee for my husband or if we have anyone over. there are so many different options for the tea and it always steeps it perfectly

I just purchased this Ninja system last week. We are loving it. So easy to use. I can make a single cup or a full pot and all sizes in between. I LOVE the frother. I can make my own latte at home now. I got a great deal and feel the price is great for what you get. I have a few Ninja products now and feel there quality is outstanding.

I love this thing so much! Absolutely beautiful and there's so much you can do with it. I haven't even began to unlock its potential and I've had it for 2 years. I can't think of anyway to improve this product. I would recommend this to any coffee or tea lovers!

Love this coffee maker! This was such a great purchase! I love being able to brew typical hot coffee as well as over ice. My husband uses the tea settings more than I do, but it’s still great! I also love the frother on the machine! This has for sure been a game changer! 

LOVE. Literally the only coffee maker I hope I ever have to buy again. There’s nothing wrong with this maker. My coffee tastes sooooo good. I love being  able to choose a richness brew and different sizes. There are some days I don’t want half a pot of coffee and one-two cups taste great! It’s so easy to clean. Love being able to make specialty coffees, too!

Who likes warm coffee?

It's great if you love slightly warm coffee. I have the thermal carafe and I didn't realize there is no hot-plate to keep the coffee in the carafe warm. Sadly, the coffee cools down pretty quickly because there is nothing to keep it hot. Enjoy the first cup, then plan on sticking your coffee in the microwave. A thermal carafe is not a substitution for a hot plate! I'm so disappointed and I cannot return it. Other than this, everything else is good.
