Water keeps coming out of bottom

We have had the coffee maker for awhile and one to two times a week it leaks water all over the counter. Not just a little dribble like the majority of water and because it happens overnight we don’t see it until next morning. It ruined my husband’s wallet as he was in a rush and left it on the counter next to the coffee pot. This was a very expensive machine to worry about water everywhere destroying things or to put nothing else on the counter with it. We are going back to a cusinart.

Makes great coffee but leaks like crazy

As a coffee maker, it's the best I've had BUT there's a known issue where the water container leaks at the bottom where it connects to the main unit. Of you never remove it and instead use a carafe or something to fill it, no prob. But if you remove it to refill each day you will for sure get the water leak problem. It's a known issue for a long time now, it's a design problem that they won't fix. :( Trust the other reviews, I didn't and regret it.

My favorite coffee machine

My favorite coffee machine ever! I love having the option to make a whole pot of coffee or single cup. However, I wish I didn’t have to clean out the coffee filter every time I need to use it! Overall would recommend.

Water quality makes a huge difference!

I’ve had my unit for over two years now, actually because I had to replace one of my original ninja coffee maker units due to the infamous “cleaning cycle” issue that wouldn’t go away. To my surprise, I’ve had nearly ZERO issues with this unit, and have never had the clean light come on even once. What I’ve discovered is the quality of the water you’re putting in the reservoir has a MASSIVE difference on the reliability of these coffee makers. Love this machine.

I've owned mine for over a year now. I've read through numerous other reviews and am shocked at all the issues people are having. Could I be doing something wrong because I've not had a single issue like theirs. The best feature is the Iced Coffee option...oh...and the tea making option. Great machine.

Works great

I had an older Ninja coffee maker, decided to get a new one, I was hesitant because if the reviews, BUT I'm very happy with it (cp301) works great, has some interesting noises, when starting up, but I have had no issues, would recommend

My fiancé bought this

My fiancé bought this for me for my birthday two years ago. This machine has so many functions, I have not had the chance to make use of all of them. My favorite is the Specialty setting which produces a rich and concentrated 4 oz brew similar to a shot of espresso in specialty drinks like lattes or cappuccinos.

Leaks

I bought this a few months ago, it makes great coffee but it leaks out of the water reservoir everyday. I am always wiping up atleast two cups of water that has leaked out all over my counter and I have to refill the water again because half of it drained on the counter. Other than that its the best coffee maker I have ever had. Wish I knew how to fix it, it's annoying and frustrating.

Unsatisfied

We bought this coffee maker in April 2020. We have had it less than a year and we are having multiple issues. It is leaking water and does not make the correct amount of coffee. It is very irritating considering the amount of money we paid for it.

Damaged product on delivery

I was so excited to get my Ninja Coffee maker. When I opened the packaging, the water reservoir container came cracked. Let's see what response I get or how soon I hear from the seller.

LEAKS GRAINS & COFFEE EVERYWHERE

I’ve had this coffee maker for about two years now. It works great when brewing a single cup, but when I brew half carafe or full, grains and coffee leaks everywhere! The drip stop doesn’t work so it continues to drip even when the brew cycle is done. It is so annoying to have to clean up the mess and pour out the coffee because it is full of grains.

Leaks

No matter what I do. The water container that holds water will leak. Randomly I wake up to a counter full of water. Everything on counter, ruined. I paid a lot for this top of the line model and I hate using it because I never know when it’s going to leak

Doesn't brew hot enough

Overall, I like the design and features of the product. Big problem though: it doesn't brew coffee at a hot enough temperature. As far as I can tell, it's brewing between about 185 and 190. Should be at least 195, approaching 200.

I love this one so far. I can brew teas, hot or cold and same for coffees. You can do so much more and the price is the same as what my old one was. I am so pleased so far. #ninja #sharkninja

Two thumbs down

I bought ninja coffee hot and cold brew. So disappointed the coffee doesn’t come out hot consistently. The stop drip feature doesn’t work and coffee filter folds during percolating and the water just filters through. Expensive product for so many issues.

Coffee is not hot!

I was so excited to give this coffee maker as an “upgrade” to my husband for his birthday. We are both so disappointed. It never gets “hot”! And if we pour coffee an hour after it brews I have to warm it up in microwave. There is no heating element under the carafe so it does not keep anything warm. Such a let down. I do not recommend this product and now looking for a new coffee maker.

Glass carafe replacement never in stock

Is a great unit, but I’m unable to use the pitcher carafe. I’ve been scouring their site for 1 year now and this carafe 50oz CP301 is never in stock.

We LOVE this coffee pot!

FINALLY a coffee pot that does everything our family wants for coffee. With covid and staying at home we were going through coffee pods like crazy and I was also ordering iced coffee concentrate as well. A couple weeks ago we decided to buy this coffee pot as it does iced, cold brew, plain ole coffee and sting coffee. Plus it brews cold and hot tea and it has a frother! Had mine for 2 plus years now

This is the second ninja coffee maker I've owned and it's by far the best brewer for the price range. I only use bottled water as I have well water and I have never had the clean message come up. I'm reading these other reviews and unless they have changed the build quality I have to assume user error especially when they claim it's 2 units in a row. I've had this model for over 2 years now and never had an issue.
