Good refrigerator/freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Lighting in refrigerator space is a little disappointing, however freezer is well lit. As others have mentioned, when cooling sound level is noticeable, but not a problem. Fit and finish is ok, but a small sharp edge exists where exterior metal is folded over on door. Recently purchased dishwasher ( Bosch) has better finish . Looks good however and looking forward to many years of run time.

The compressor is super quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a few weeks since I have this refrigerator. So far I am very happy with it. My last refriigerator was a Matag also that I had no complaints about. The freezer is so cold, It has a rapid cool feature also.

great bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator for our office a little over a month ago. it is a fairly basic refrigerator but the glass shelves and the door shelves are much better than the other basic units. It is doing a great job.

Good layout

Drastic change from 18 CF we had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator but was 1/2 inch too narrow. I had to remove sheet rock on 1 die for it to fit into the alcove. Glad we got glass shelves but wished the plastic drawers were more robust- I do not expect they to survive the warranty period.

Did not expect that in a modern refrigerator functions well and if I were in a position to replace it in the future, I would but check on the sound emitted from it before purchasing.

The freezer is the best feature.

Poorly designed.

Poorly designed. While it looks like the shelves are deep, they are really short to accommodate the gallon shelves on the door. The door is the warmest part of the refrigerator and I would never put my milk or cream in the door. The LED light takes up a lot of space in the middle of the top shelf, so tall items cannot be placed there. The fulI width deli drawer doesn't allow me to put a loaf of bread on the shelf beneath. It is only tall enough for a carton of eggs. My last Maytag lasted ove...

Longevity and quality: Maytag…

I have liked all of them, they have last longer than I expected, with very, very few minor repairs… I hope this will last as long…

Great budget fridge with a couple caveats

In general, I like the design – movable door compartments are nice, and the light in the freezer is a great touch. It keeps temperature just about perfectly in fridge and freezer. I do have to agree with other reviewers that the design of the deli drawer is hot garbage. You have to pull it out exactly correctly or it comes off the track immediately. Very annoying.
