What a lemon
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had the choice I would give it 0. I had the fridge 5 days and it stopped working. Waiting for a technician as I write this. Food is spoiled. I had my prior refrigerator 20 years with no problems. Maytag is supposed to make a quality appliance. What happened???? I am beyond frustrated .

Good big refrigerator

Big freezer. Cannot buy this big one with this price. Motor sound is a little bit higher than normal, but that's not a big deal.

Bad choice
Would Not RecommendI purchased the Maytag refrigerator July 16th 2025 and it was delivered August 5th 2025. I placed a service call September 29th 2025 due to my food freezing in the refrigerator part, and also making a load knocking noise. The door is squeaky too! Service came out and says he has to replace the thermostat and inside freezer filter. He also mentioned that the refrigerator should not run that long . It was running the whole time he was here . He was here for 40 minutes . This shouldn’t be happening...

Small and mighty
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have limited selection because of the space restraints in our kitchen design. I was thrilled to get a more modern look with great drawers and adjustable shelf placements. I would have liked an additional shelf to use. Some of the seams/corners look more rough than others.

Temperature too low
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator three weeks ago and noticed that even on the warmest setting foods are frozen frequently. I have tested with a thermometer and found that especially in the back the temperature is only around 25°F. I'm not very happy about this and can't recommend this refrigerator.

Unidentified sound.

I don’t know if this sound is normal, or if it means there is something wrong with my refrigerator, and I can’t find anyone to consult about it. Very frustrating!

The Best!

After two hefty freezer repairs on our 7 year old model, we weren’t about to replace it with the same brand.
