Beautiful Refrigerator

Great looking fridge with electrical panel issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks great and we receive tons of compliments on it. The disappointing part is that a repair person is already coming to the house to fix a panel issue. Not all the buttons on the front door panel are working.

Beware of ice maker

Really like the space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meeting our expectarions.Great pull sliding shelve so spacious freezer. Really like the ice maker in left french door. Only concern is the amount of humidity it holds and find water on seal on top of freezer at times.

Nicest fridge we've ever had.

The overall layout is OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it for 6 months and have 2 issues I'm not very happy about; the ice maker is extremely noisy, so we keep it turned off. This isn't an issue for us because we don't like our drinks cold. The other is the way the doors slam open and rattle everything in them. It can't be good on the hinges. Also, if we have someone over and have to turn the ice maker on, it is slow to make ice.

Shelving is not practical

Refrigerator Panel Rusting after 1 year

This fridge has a major design flaw with the water dispenser. The way it's design causes water to get trapped underneath the tray. After 1 year, this issue caused the stainless steel front panel to rust. Unacceptable for an appliance, especially from Kitchenaid.

Fridge stopped working after a year

Would not recommend Kitchen aid products. The fridge stopped working after just after a year!

GREAT REFRIGERATOR !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this refrigerator about two weeks ago , and I am very please so far. It offers adequate storage space to accommodate a family of four. I have always used Kitchenaid appliances and I'm never dissatisfied. Hopefully as time goes on this remains true. I had my last Kitchenaid Supbera refrigerator for over 20years.

A little noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new fridge and freezer work well, but I have a couple quibbles. The compressor sound is nice and quiet, but there are constant creaking and popping noises, which is annoying. The other thing is the water from the dispenser tastes a bit weird. It goes away after running a glass full of water. Hard to know if it’s the filter or tubing. Hopefully that goes away over time.
