New refrigerator from KA!

Not as good as my last Kitchaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It keeps everything cold and makes ice well but it hums and is loud all the time. All the drawers are plastic and very difficult to remove and replace. The large great deli drawer will not stay closed.

Great size on the inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this for one week and I love it. The refrigerator and the freezer are large on the inside. Since I cook often I needed these two compartments to be this big. I am so happy with my purchase.

Was sold a broken refrigerator

Beautiful and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 20 year old fridge as it was starting to feel a bit old. We love the stainless steel finish, clean lines of the handles, and the gorgeous interior. The platinum, steel, and wood interior feels both modern and premium. The water dispenser is smart enough to track the ounces served, which h helps to avoid spills. It's about the same size as our old fridge, but it seems more spacious inside. We love it!

Spacious

I’ll start with the negatives and end on a positive note. We purchased the floor model, so delivery was not an option and we had to transport it ourselves, which we managed. The manual is not very user-friendly—we struggled to remove the “showroom” electrical selector tab from the control panel and only figured it out after using ChatGPT. We plugged the refrigerator in around 7:00 p.m. and attached the water line and by 8:00 a.m. the next morning there was water leaking inside from the top left...

Great overall, some annoying details

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over size and capacity and love the interior and finishes. I wish the ice and water dispensers were not so sloppy. It took a long time to cool the fridge and freezer down so plan on a good 24 hour transition before putting food in. I do wish there was a butter dispenser and that the two large bins were larger compared to the wide bin for cold cuts etc. the control panel for future and options is a clumsy and confusing design. I wish there ...

Beware

Purchased the KRFF577PSK02 model in 2023. After just over 2 years the ice maker isn't making ice and the refrigerator section is only maintaining a temperature of 56 degrees.
