I love the interior of this refrigerator.

Ice maker doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd kitchenaide fridge. The first one, very similar to this one, stopped making ice so we upgraded. Got the new one home and this ice maker doesn’t work either. So disappointed.

Double fridge doors with freezer on bottom

Beautiful inside and out. Getting used to the double doors and freezer on the bottom since going from a side by side. Enjoy the large open fridge area. Lots of functional space in door and shelves/drawers.

Rusting front panel

This review follows another 1 star rating for a rusting front door. We have had the unit for 15 months. The front door is rusting at the lower corners of the ice/water dispenser. Rust in the middle of the door. Funny thing is that Kitchenaid is not aware of the issue. I started by reaching out to Kitchenaid on Facebook. Good but temp is fluctuating

I do notice that the measured ounces of water is not calculating correctly and when using a fridge thermometer to check the temperature - the temp seems to be fluctuating between 32° and 39° in the fridge. I keep medication in mine and need a constant 36° temp which I set the electronic temperature at 36° but I am worried the medication may get spoiled. I have used 2 diff...

Quiet but drawers don't work/close/fit

Great Spacious Design!

One draw back tho, everytime I open & close the door it makes a sound (it sounds like a dial tone). The technicians did come out & replace something in the ice machine mechanism but it still does it.

Horrible

I sat on hold for 2 hours only to have someone tell me they’d reach back out in 3 business days to discuss next steps. An absolute joke.

Not a bad unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good with just minor issues. The ice tends to throw 1-2 onto the floor when dispensing, and it,s difficult to get things out when only one side is open. Other than that, it works as expected.
