Wait three years and ask again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ask me again in 3 years. They all work fine at purchase. It three and four years later that really matters. I'm trying the Kitchen Aid cause my LG failed after 2 years and my Samdong failed after 3 years. And they play you when you request a warranty . So again, ask me in three years. New, looks good and is running as should for now

Bad choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in Kitchen Aid. We have purchased them before and have been happy with them. This refrigerator is not user friendly. Ours can not be leveled as there are no levelers in the rear of the refrigerator and also it is not easily moved out to clean behind it.

The team was very courteous & good. Did a great job. We notice a bemlish in the front right door at the very top. It’s shows when looking at it. I enclosed pictures. Can someone call or email what my next step in replacing the door?

My reason for only giving 4 stars is because the casserole slide out tray seems like it should slide out further and the shelves aren’t high enough to accommodate large items like gallons of milk.

Happy with my new refrigerator

The doors are very large and can hold many items. The ice and water work well. The freezer is roomy with areas to keep frozen items organized.

Nice refrigerator with unresolved noise

Issues within 1st year of owning it

When it comes to the actual refrigerator and layout, we love it. Unfortunately we had to have ours replaced within the first couple months of buying it because there was a lot of condensation forming on the Seal of the freezer drawer. Then 11 months after owning the replacement the compressor went and had to be replaced. Now since the compressor was replaced the freezer is not cooling like it should be and our ice machine is not producing more than one batch of ice a day. Just had a service guy...

Regretting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is good at cooling but is poorly designed. The drawers in the main section keep rolling out if the doors are open. This keeps the doors not close without effort. Also, the door keeps hitting the drawers.

Give that man a raise!

Fine premium quality and assembled in the usa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new KitchenAid fridge quality is premium and I checked it it's assembled in USA only part that makes me think is the hum it makes when it kicks on hopely it's normal reminds me of the old school Kenmore. Overall the hum doesn't bother me as long as I get 9+ years out of it.
