Our stop making ice after 16 months in refrigerator won’t go below 40° after 16 months junk for this much money. I’m very disappointed.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to upgrade the appliances in our new home from what the builder wanted to install. We had GE Monogram in our former home but decided to take a look at Kitchen Aid appliances. We're so happy we did as this refrigerator, and the other appliances we chose, have exceeded our expectations. Hopefully they are as durable as they are good looking. Very happy so far with our purchase.

Not Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator less than one month ago and it is now being returned for warranty compressor repairs and diagnosis due to intermittent loud buzzing sound. I understood by purchasing a Kithchen Aid I was purchasing "top of the line". This repair is expected to take up to three weeks! Not Happy at all!

4 1/2 months old, already have problem

I had to spend some time learning if the store would help me or if I needed to contact someone via service contract. New refrigerator from KA!

Not as good as my last Kitchaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It keeps everything cold and makes ice well but it hums and is loud all the time. All the drawers are plastic and very difficult to remove and replace. The large great deli drawer will not stay closed.

Great size on the inside

Beautiful and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 20 year old fridge as it was starting to feel a bit old. We love the stainless steel finish, clean lines of the handles, and the gorgeous interior. The platinum, steel, and wood interior feels both modern and premium. The water dispenser is smart enough to track the ounces served, which h helps to avoid spills. It's about the same size as our old fridge, but it seems more spacious inside. We love it!

Spacious

I’ll start with the negatives and end on a positive note. We purchased the floor model, so delivery was not an option and we had to transport it ourselves, which we managed. The manual is not very user-friendly—we struggled to remove the “showroom” electrical selector tab from the control panel and only figured it out after using ChatGPT. We plugged the refrigerator in around 7:00 p.m. and attached the water line and by 8:00 a.m. the next morning there was water leaking inside from the top left...
