Fruit and Vegetable drawers keep food fresh. Ice cubes maker is producing good amount. Wish the shelves were adjustable. Limited space to put tall groceries in like milk, creamer, etc. can only go in one side of refrigerator door or half to close one shelf halfway which makes space behind inaccessible. Ice maker never has worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for new build home and installed by appliance company before I moved in. Ice maker has never worked. Repair person has been out twice and it is still not fixed. I would have expected a brand new fridge to work. And be replaced not repaired.

Seomewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two issues that make me sorry that we purchased this model: 1) when you depress the water dispenser to fill a glass and then pull the glass away, water drips on the floor. It can be compensated for by leaving the glass under the spout for a split second, but that shouldn't be necessary. We know to do this, but when guests come to the house they assume it works like a normal water dispenser and I'm constantly wiping up water on the floor. . ...

Super Loud Ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for over a month now. The compressor for the in-door ice maker is extremely loud. It sounds like there is a semi-truck idling in our kitchen. Our guests at our holiday parties could not believe it was so loud.

Beautiful styling

Disappointed with KitchenAid Refrigerator and Ongo

We purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator in the Winter of 2023 from Lowe’s, along with both the manufacturer warranty and an extended protection plan through Lowes for added peace of mind. Upgrade from whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the whirlpool model of this fridge and it started acting flaky after about 6 years. Liked the style and bought this on Black Friday for a decent discount. Hope it holds up better that the whirlpool. Had no problems with the ice maker.

Beautiful refrigerator; Compromised functionality

I bought this refrigerator 3 days ago. The in-door ice bin is extremely small even for a two person household. Enough so, I would deem it a convenience feature. A second ice maker in the freezer compartment would make this unit a winner. As it is, I would call it completely inadequate. I am returning this unit. Sad to say so as it is a beautiful unit. Lack of functionality is a deal breaker. KitchenAid used to be a marquee brand; today it's average at best these days. I should have done better...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the fridge for 9 days and it is all that I hoped it would be. I saw many negative reviews and was nervous about the cooling so I purchased a fridge thermometer. The temperature fluctuates 10+/- degrees, my garage fridge does too and it is not a Kitchen Aide product. I really like the lighting, storage, water dispenser and the ice is awesome. Very quiet and a slick sophisticated look.

Terrible

Shelf height?
