Great fridge. Different than any fridge owned.

We love the appearance and quality of the fridge. We also LOVE the size and shape of the ice cubes! Took over 3 days to make ice though! It was a little alarming with no reason, or notes saying how long it could take

Hard to open Freezer door is a dealbreaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have never owned a kitchen aid refrigerator before but needed a counter depth frig for our new home, so purchased a counter depth, bottom mount, cafe style kitchen aid. The inside looks nice with faux hardwood trim and there’s ample space on the shelves and in the deli drawers. Produce is staying fresh. Door shelves are ok- hold a medium amount. But the dealbreaker for this refrigerator is the pull out bottom freezer drawer. It is so difficult ...

We really don't like this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not crazy about this refrigerator. The doors are heavy and they don't easily close. The interior feels like it has a bit less room than my last refrigerator, and this one is taller. Both were counter-depth. It looks very industrial in our home compared to how it looked in the showroom. I regret purchasing this refrigerator

Broken icemaker

We bought this beautiful fridge in 2023 and the icemaker stopped dispensing ice. We are yet to get Kitchen Aid to help rectify this situation. Help!!

Appreciate the ice and water dispenser are different not having to switch a button and use the same lever as others. Wish the shelves were adjustable to hold more high/larger items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over a month ago we got this. Great looking inside and out. Love the ice maker and dispenser. Still learning how to pack freezer and load the frig. So far alot of room and places to store all different sizes and packages.

Not as good as it used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace the same model that stopped working after 7 years. We were under a time crunch, so we didn't have time to do the research on a new type of refrigerator and figured it would be easiest to get the same one again since we knew the features, functions, and that it would fit in the space. This fridge is of a lesser quality, louder, and not as good as the one we purchased 7 years ago. It is disappointing...

died in two weeks

Fridge and freezer both stopped cooling after 2 weeks of use. Had hoped getting the nicer (more expensive) model would prevent that

Excellent Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the refrigerator for about a week. So far it has been outstanding. It has plenty of space with several compartments for fruits, vegetables and dairy. Everything stays a an optimum temperature. The cubed ice is the perfect size. I did have to level the doors and the fridge itself but that was minor.

defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit makes a loud gurgling noise. I assume some of the piping was crushed when it was installed inside the insulation. A technician has visited but Kitchenaide required installing some useless isolation pads first. It is obviously not going to work. We are 2 month in now and getting it replaced has not gone well.

Spacious and practical

The shelves and drawers allow for very good use of the space and give great visibility of the contents. And the outer finish shows no fingerprints and is very easy to keep clean. One month in, no issues at all.
