[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is much better than the LG we had, in terms of storage capacity and shelf flexibility. We really like the small ice cubes and ability to make them in a sort amount of time. The temperature of the freezer, crisper and fridge are spot on with the settings. We got the black fingerprint finish to match the other appliances in the kitchen.

HORRIBLE QUALITY. DO NOT BUY!

The quality of this refrigerator is horrible. It makes an incredibly loud noise any time the compressor runs. I was told by the repair service that this is just what these refrigerators do and that there is nothing that can be done to fix it. Parts started breaking after about a year of normal use. The rubber gasket around the door is falling apart, and the plastic brace on the top shelf cracked and now hangs down in the back of the refrigerator. I regret wasting so much money on this appli...

Very Pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this refrigerator. Everything works well and its a beautiful n addiition to our kitchen. The only very minor point worthy of note, is that the non crushed ice cubes that it makes are smaller than standard. They are the size of a die (as in "pair of dice ." Small point...still give it 9.9/10

Horrible Product

We did a remodel and purchased all KitchenAid appliances. Installed October 2025. Happy with all other products but this is the worst freezer and fridge is only ok. The ice cream does not stay frozen (gets very soft and lots of ice) and bananas (which I had froze individually) freeze into one brown blob. Had a tech out twice and he said it was because the appliance has a defrost function that causes the freezer to potentially go to 40 degrees. He also blamed it on the sugar content of the ice...

Beautiful and Functional

Noisy refrigerator

Not practical for a large family
