Works fine, but we don't love the layout

While it claims 24' of space, it feels like much less than the 25' that we gave up with our old standard depth unit. The shelves have no adjustability up and down. Refrigerator went out after less than 3 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator went out in less than 3 months. Two technicians have come out as part of my warranty and it still isn’t fixed. Now we won’t have food to get my family though the winter storm this weekend. Very disappointed.

Efficient lay out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace our 12yo kitchen aid - this one has more cu ft despite being same size. Only 4 stars because water dispenses warm-room temp water, a the ice dispensers ice gets everywhere - ice machine is LOUD. Fridge stays cold tho- even tho its cabinet depth so that part is amazing

Terrible refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 9 months the compressor failed and it has a leak. The unit is not able to repaired. To add insult to injury, it died a couple of days before Christmas and ruined a substantial amount of food.

Absolute Failure of a “Premium” Brand

Had it for a month and couldnt be happier with my selection and the usefulness of the refrigerator.

Tape Residue on refrigerator Ceiling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything on the refrigerator except there was nylon tape on the ceiling of the refrigerator. When I pulled it off, it left streaks of glue and nylon strings and now is very unsightly. I looked up all the methods of removing the residue and nothing seems to work.

Ice maker on door does not work well

Ice maker keeps thawing so it then hardens into a solid block. Impossible to use ice because of this design flaw

Wonderful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have our Kitchen Aid Fridge about a month a couldn’t be any happier. Beautifully made, runs quiet, great ice dispenser and plenty room inside for a counter model. We really love the handles which do not show any smudges.

Love the features

Fruit and Vegetable drawers keep food fresh. Ice cubes maker is producing good amount. Wish the shelves were adjustable. Limited space to put tall groceries in like milk, creamer, etc. can only go in one side of refrigerator door or half to close one shelf halfway which makes space behind inaccessible. Ice maker never has worked

Repair person has been out twice and it is still not fixed. I would have expected a brand new fridge to work. And be replaced not repaired.

Seomewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two issues that make me sorry that we purchased this model: 1) when you depress the water dispenser to fill a glass and then pull the glass away, water drips on the floor. It can be compensated for by leaving the glass under the spout for a split second, but that shouldn't be necessary. We know to do this, but when guests come to the house they assume it works like a normal water dispenser and I'm constantly wiping up water on the floor. . ...

Super Loud Ice maker

Disappointed with KitchenAid Refrigerator and Ongo
