Horrible!

We upgraded to the premium refrigerator thinking it would be better quality. It randomly freezes food—doesn’t matter if it’s in a drawer or shelf. Have had service out many times and they claim it’s working as it’s supposed to. So I guess if you want frozen food—this is the one!

Nice Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen and decided to get all new appliances and went with all Kitchaid appliances and we love them. I would give it 5 stars but the ice maker keeps getting water in the ice bend and freezing blocks of ice at the bottom of the ice bend so I have to keep checking it because if the ice tray empties it doesn’t break into pieces and it gets hung up. Other than the ice maker/ice bend it’s great!

I like the refrigerator but this is the third time in 3 years that we had to have it repaired (compressor, fan thermostat assembly (2) times very problematic. Every time they sent the wrong part to the service provider and we were without a refrigerator for a month and I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. I’ve had a lot of kitchen appliances and probably never buy another one. Very disappointed

Top of the line quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this model of Kitchenaid refrigerator for a few years and finally could afford to purchase. We have replaced our dishwasher and microwave with top of the line Kitchenaid products as well. I believe Kitchenaid products are the best on the market.

Ice Maker leaks

Ice maker started leaking 1 month out of the 2 year warranty mark. Be warned the 5 year warranty is virtually worthless after 2 years. Service Technician: "It's just a bad idea to buy a fridge with the ice maker located in the refrigerator instead of the freezer compartment". Point made.

Very roomy and well-lit.

The n got a different one fits fine, but had to replace the ice maker and the heat strip in door. Had it for 2 or 3 days before had a warranty issue.I bought the KitcheAid because it was the top of the line product. Probaly not a KitchenAid buyer again. Not a real satisfied customer. Beautiful but pricey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s beautiful. I haven’t quite figured out where to put everything mostly because of shelf height. We like the counter depth. It is loud at times. And pricy hence the 4 stars.

The inside is not as deep as most frigs.

It does not have Dual Ice Makers

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND

Costumer service does not exist. I tried to call several times for 20 mins at the time. No one ever answered. We bought a brand new fridge that died 4 months later.

Do not recommend

We have had nothing but trouble with this fridge. It's stopped cooling properly multiple times. We have had it fixed 3 times and again, it's broken. It also barely makes any ice. We NEVER have enough ice. The only good thing about it is that it's beautiful, but a terrible product and I see I am not the only one who thinks so.

Not practical for a large family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We probably should have purchased a fridge that was bigger so that we would not have to be so careful with how we store our food. Kitchen Aid made this fridge aesthetically pleasing with a unique and custom look. However, shelves and compartments are designed as such that they do not allow the larger items fit very well (like gallon and half gallons, anything "tallish," a casserole size pan in the freezer, etc.) even with the ability to move ...
