Could be a little more heavy duty for the price

Love the smaller ice. The drawer rails are fragile and flimsy, afraid it won’t take much to break them. The condiment holders inside the doors come off too easily by accident. Overall, I like it and am happy with my choice.

Terrible fridge

Fridge is 5 years old and a piece of junk! The thermostat on the control panel has went out 3 times since I’ve had it! When this goes out it causes your ice to melt and the top 2 shelves no longer are cool. I had the part replaced and less than 7 months it has went out again!! Now the replacement part is unavailable and I am going on 2 months without a fridge!! DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!!

I like the freezer on the bottom allows storage

Bad warranty service

We bought this refrigerator one ago. Then the compressor went out. It took two weeks before they came to repair it leaving us without a refrigerator during that time. It was a good refrigerator while it was working. Two weeks is too long to wait for service.

Great Fridge

So far it’s been great. Only had it a week, so may need to update at a later date. I really like the soft close features on the freezer door and the crispers and interior trays. Also, the French doors close with very little effort which is very nice when you take a lot of stuff out and have your hands full. The ice maker took longer than expected to fill, but (and this might sound weird) the ice is more dense and clearer than on any fridge I have ever had. It’s much harder to chew than other fri...

Beautiful Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid fridge is beautiful. I always thought they were beautiful and finally was able to purchase one. You can't go wrong with an American-made. I've had the other top name brands with two letters and the one that starts with an S. Let me just tell you, you can't get anyone to work on them. So here is to the hopes of easy service, but hopefully never need it.
