[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the exact same model we had before with small changes. The drawers are not as sturdy. The ice machine has an easy on/off switch. We had condensation in the refrigerator section and we saw a note on the door frame.”if you have condensation do this…”. I was just about to call in because the condensation from the door was dripping on the floor. No drips today. All in all I am pleased so far.

New Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize the inside was so much smaller than a standard model until I started putting our food in it. Several ice cubes fall out the back and to the floor at the front every time we open the freezer. The refrigerator has a low rattle I cannot find.

Less than a year old and seal around door is splitting. Wish products were better made. But the food is cold and ice can be made in a plastic tray.

poor quality/durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have liked to give it a better rating but the vegetable bins, cold cut drawer are so flimsy as compared to the same model I have (now in the garage) and do not fit in the tracks so the drawers move from side to side. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this 6 weeks ago and inside layout serves my needs. the only concern I have, that panel that flips on left side of the door [facing this fridge] like in the middle of if is, lightly warm, at times Will this speed up breakage of this refrigerator ?I have refrigerator part set up on 38 degrees an freezer on zero. Great refrigerator except for water dispenser.

Already having issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a few months ago and already have someone coming to repair it…it does have nice esthetics but i fear this issue likely wont be the first. For now, disappointing and inconvenient. A 3rd party repair company came out to “look at it” and they said, it could be this..it could be that. We will order a new sensor and go from there. Good size and chills well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good size refrigerator for a Medium sized kitchen. It does not stick out far from the cabinets but the doors open easily. The internal water spout a d ice maker work great.

Fine refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for a month, and it works just as it should. The bins are great - especially the ones on the doors. - easy to load and easy to see what is in each. The only suggestion I have is that the doors, and the freezer door, have to be purposefully closed - I have found two doors partially opened so I have learned to look twice to be sure they are fully shut.

Wanted to love it….

The freezer drawer doesn’t shut all the way so you have to pay close attention to make sure it closes. The ice maker leaks water causing a solid block to form - in the ice tray and drips down the back corner and under the drawer. I would not buy this model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for a week. It replaced a 12 year-old Electrolux fridge. The interior is not as sturdy as the Electrolux and we wonder how long the produce and pantry drawers will last. The stainless steel door had a slight wave in it. Overall, the quality is lower than Electrolux. We just hope it lasts at least 12 years.

Ice maker quit after 3 weeks!

Poor Quality

This KitchenAid costs $1,999.00, so a $2,000.00 refrigerator. The first counter depth I ordered was 21.5 cubic feet and just shy of fitting in my space, and the water system did not work. So it went back in exchange for the one delivered today. I bought my home a few months ago, the Old refrigerator was a Samsung and dark, and the rest of my appliances are KitchenAid.
