Does NOT COOL

This Fridge does not keep cool. The compressor runs all day and night trying to keep the fridge at 36 degrees. Once you open the doors a few times to get what you need, the interior reaches 40+ degrees and takes hours to cool back down. I have 3 temp gauges in the fridge. One on the top shelf and that reads the coolest. One in the middle and one on the bottom. The temp between the top shelf and bottom shelf is a good 5 degrees in differance.

Gorgeous Well Lit Refrigerator

Gorgeous refrigerator! Very bright inside and lots of storage options including gallon storage in the door. The compressor makes a little hum, but otherwise we love it. Turbo chill and autofill water are nice unexpected features.

Great Refrigerator with 1 possible feature upgrade

Well it's a very good refrigerator lots of space excellent amenities, the shelves are great for creating the storage sizes we need. Many perfect nooks and crannies for various items. My only gripe is with the water dispenser in the door, it shuts off if you open the refrigerator door, I could see this happening if the unit was running the autofill feature however I'm an adult if I choose to open the door while filling a cup of water that's my business and should be possible. Fix it GE

Freezer leaks water

The fridge is fine except that the freezer leaks a ton of water, which is ruining our hardwood floors.

So far trouble free, and easy to operate.

Fantastic Fridge

We just built our retirement home near the beach! We had this exact refrigerator in our home in Maryland so I knew exactly what I wanted here at the beach. This is soo spacious. Everything fits perfectly for my big family. I am purchasing the extended warranty as the autofill stopped working after a couple years. In all honesty we really didn’t need the autofill. Other than that it a fantastic refrigerator!

GE Profile Delivers Again with Thoughtful Features

This is the second GE Profile fridge we've owned, and we continue to be impressed with the brand. Our first unit lasted just under seven years, and we were happy to see that GE has made some subtle but meaningful updates in this newer model. We really appreciate the thoughtful design changes—especially the new drop and side shelf, which make it much easier to store taller items. The liners in the door compartments are a nice touch for easier cleaning, and the brighter LED lighting makes everyth...

This is not good I am ordering the same again

This is not good I am ordering the same part for the second time. This fridge will have a 3rd motherboard.

Ice buildup in bottom

We love the auto fill feature but unfortunately it doesn’t offset the ice buildup issues we’ve had with this fridge since the beginning. About every six months we notice water on the floor and the freezer unable to close. Everything has to be taken out of the freezer, we chisel away for an hour, and put everything back. It’s ruined our floor around the fridge too. Nothing has worked to fix it: just a :known issue”.

Almost Perfect

Love the freezer capacity, the "fold" back shelving to allow for taller items, and the vegetable drawers. The meat and dairy drawer would be a bit nicer if it was divided into two separate drawers. A Gem.

I decided upon this refrigerator for several reasons. The ice maker was in the door. The ice maker did not take up space. I’ve enjoyed the other door space. I can fit two gallons of milk in it. Plus more. The space is wonderful. The quart bottle no hold water filler is unique.

Best ever I just hope it holds up.

I had tried another product, I must say this is the best out of the other one that I had purchased. The room that you have to store items is unbelievable. And the look of the over all refrigerator is something to look at. Anyone would be proud to have this refrigerator in their home. All of my appliances are made by "GE" and I have been using GE for the last 40 years. And I would not have any other.

The refrigerator and freezer are working perfectly. This is the first GE product I have purchased in years and I am very happy with my refrigerator.

Large capacity with easy to adjust shelves.

This was the best refrigerator we saw in our max price range. We just had it delivered today so can't really attest to performance now. I like that you can turbo boost the cooling

Love my new Refrigerator

This new refrigerator has new and additional features that I and my wife love. The Energy Efficient feature is also a welcomed plus. We have other GE Profile appliances and I see us upgrading a dishwasher, double oven, and microwave to the stainless steel GE Profile models.
