Gorgeous refrigerator

Beautiful refrigerator. Love the bottom mounted freezer. Have moveable shelves which makes getting to food much easier. And all the refrigerated product are higher up making it much easier to reach them, no bending over.

Food storage

Only on day 3, but we find the food storage design to excellent in both the fridge and freezer. Learning to use the control screen was pretty straightforward.

Freezer died within two weeks of installation

The freezer stopped working within 2 weeks of installation. The refrigerator portion continued to work. Lowe's came to look at the refrigerator and said they could not repair it. I figured they would then work to replace the refrigerator. But no, I was directed to contact GE. This will be the last large appliance I buy from a big box store

Horrible service!

Horrible! Absolutely extremely awful service! We have a 28 cu ft fridge in our which doesn't work so we ordered one which is 27.8 cu ft with delivery and haul away. The RXO delivery guys said it was too big to go through our door (which is weird because our current fridge is 28 cu ft which had no problem when it came in) and they asked me to order a 24 cu ft fridge. Then I ordered a 22 cu ft fridge, and I rescheduled the delivery. These guys came again and said again that the fridge is too big a...

Very Frustrating

This refrigerator was a warranty replacement for the same exact refrigerator that we had for right at 5 years BUT had been having issues with it since 10/24. So the answer is we liked the style and efficiency of it, WHEN it worked but we had been without a freezer for 2 months and a both freezer and refrigerator for a month before we finally got a warrantied replacement.

Do not recommend this refrigerator

I hate this refrigerator and regret this purchase. The doors will not stay open as you get something out of the refrigerator. They continue to close on you which is very awkward trying to keep it open. On the other hand, when you go to close the doors, you have to push them shut rather than a gentle push to get them to close. Not a fan of this and do not recommend.

It’s been less than two years. The lED lights are burnt out and the ice maker doesn’t work. No to this product.

Great product. Can’t wait for new one!

I had two refrigerators within five years, one was a side by side GE profile, which I hated the side by side design, the second of which was a Maytag, which the size was okay, but the icemaker stopped working. When you live in Arizona, you have to have an icemaker. They no longer made the icemaker for that model. We then bought this model of the GE Profile in 2013. GE revolving door

We bought this unit in March. We are still dealing with issues with GE. There is no reliable customer service. We are now set to receive our THIRD new unit to replace to fix another problem with the second unit. It was shipped with no freon! Lowe’s doesn’t have any responsibilities because after 48 hrs they turn it over to GE. It has been an overwhelming nightmare all the while without a refrigerator for 5 months. NO one cares about customer service from be careful….

Would Recommend

Cools and freezes well. Makes ice fairly quickly. Energy efficient.

Spacious design

Love the space and design so much; so much room!!. The space saving ice maker is great, too. The only downside is the fingerprint resistance, which is decent, but not great.

GE do better

I came here because I’m having issues with my refrigerator and wanted to see if I was the only one and disappointed to see that everyone is saying same thing! Ice is barely made. We replaced our old 90s refrigerator with this one and the 90s one is better. Besides never having ice, things are starting to freeze in the fridge and I didn’t think a lot about it until coming here and seeing that it’s an issue for a lot of people and will turn into a bigger issue.
