Great refrigerator and plenty of storage. Be careful pulling on the front edge of the glass shelves. I cracked the metal edge trying to adjust it.

2nd time I’ve bought it. Had to leave it when we sold our house so we lived so we bought it again.

Buyer beware!

We are extremely disappointed with this product!! I never would have expected that in 2024 we would be DEFROSTING our refrigerator every 2-3 months!! I thought the need for that ended 50 years ago. Without regular defrosting, the refrigerator temperature climbs to 55+ degrees and ice accumulates and causes the fan to seize up. I love the room this model affords, and the various features, but its inability to maintain a proper refrigerator temperature is a deal breaker!! Buyer beware!!

Horrible

Died at 2.5 years. Repair cost is not feasible. 2 grand down the drain. GE dishwasher the exact same age also died. I will never own another GE appliance ever again.

We love our new refrigerator and have had no issues with it. Having the water and ice dispenser on the outside is a feature that we really appreciate.

GE Fridge Won’t Stay Cool

This fridge barely lasted two years for us. It had a repair right out the gate during one year warranty and then after the warranty was over it has had continuous problems with keeping cool. We’ve paid already $600 in repairs and it’s still having issues. Time to face the reality…this fridge was a lemon.

It looks good on the outside.

it's OK.I wish I was more excited about a new fridge but I'm not. The doors need an extra push to close, the ice maker slow, fridge is noisy, the two front doors are misaligned in height. I used temp gages inside the fridge and freezer to monitor Temps and it takes a very long time to recover after door opening. can't tell if the quick cool down system works.

Fridge works well & hope it lasts many years! I like the organization of the shelves inside, and being able to adjust some of them. I had to get used to the icemaker in the door and losing that storage space. I also learned the hard way that if you trap a bread wrapper between the door and side wall, it cuts off the cold air supply to the ice maker, and it starts melting out the front of your door by the water dispenser. I haven't figured out yet if there is a way to access ice out of the do...

Nice frig. Second go around.

Enjoy this ge profile frig. This is our second and purchased based on experience with previous frig. This model is quieter than our 5 year old profile. Love the addition ice maker in freezer.

Great stylish refrigerator made to last!

This is our second GE Profile refrigerator and we love the improvements over the old model. The doors close positively, preventing the kids from leaving the doors partially open. The adjustable shelving and space in general make configuring the space easy. The LED lighting makes seeing expiration dates and finding things easier. The unit looks great and runs quietly. Very happy with the unit!

Happy With Purchase

This refrigerator has replaced the same (or close to it) model. Since I was happy with the old one decided to purchase same. The newer model has the ice maker on the door freeing up shelf space which is nice.

Keeps food fresh better than old fridge

Replaced my old Kenmore side by side refrigerator with this GE Profile one because it was leaking water all over the floor. The GE is way better. It only took about 6 hours after installation to cool to its proper temperature. A thermometer shows it is maintaining a temperature of 37F for the fridge and 0F fo r the freezer. I'm pretty sure my old Kenmore didn't do that. Then again the Kenmore only had a dial with five temperature settings and it didn't say what they were. This GE Profile has an ...
