returned / exchanged for comparable LG unit after 2 days. GE would not chill even after 36 hours

Not recommend -- poor sealing at ice-maker gaskets

It is a nice sized refrigerator with french doors. However, the seals between the ice-maker comparment and the refrigerator are not well designed or of are poor quality based on the amount of frozen frost/ice crystals on the edge of the compartment and difficulty opening the compartment. We would not recommend this refrigerator to others.

Waste of Money

It's junk, plain and simple. Water/ice dispenser broke and the cost of fixing it was ridiculous. It makes loud, unexplained humming noises like it's going to explode. At least I don't have to buy proprietary water filters anymore.

Absolute garbage - avoid GE Profile

As with most GE Profile refrigerators, they last about 4 years before they turn completely into freezers because of the crappy parts they use. Has happened to all profiles, including this one. Complete junk

GE Profile Refrigerator

In addition to the refrigerator, I also purchased the additional ice maker for the bottom freezer. The installation instructions were somewhat ambiguous and hard to follow. But, I persevered and got it done. The refrigerator functions exactly as I expected. My only complaint is that on my previous GE Profile refrigerator, the doors closed easily. Garbage

Where do I start.. the ice maker is absolutely slow. The ice maker door freezes shut. It leaks at the door. The refrigerator is loud and makes weird noises. The auto water dispenser is slow and never fills up a container. Fills for5 seconds and says error. I have to hit fill 12+ times before the container is full. It takes 5+ minutes to fill 16oz

It's Early, But Love it so Far

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed our new refrigerator and its such a difference. The interior is cavernous with more than enough space for us and we're a large family and it cooled really quickly with the turbocool option. I really like the multiple options to increase space and storage and it's super quiet. I don't have the 2nd ice maker yet but it's definitely on our list because we frequently have guests and gatherings.
