This was the best refrigerator we saw in our max price range. We just had it delivered today so can't really attest to performance now. I like that you can turbo boost the cooling

Love my new Refrigerator

This new refrigerator has new and additional features that I and my wife love. The Energy Efficient feature is also a welcomed plus. We have other GE Profile appliances and I see us upgrading a dishwasher, double oven, and microwave to the stainless steel GE Profile models.

Poor manufacturing process

We love our new refrigerator, but we hate all the plastic wrap that doesn't come off without scratching, using tweezers or something else. All external parts were shrink wrapped then assembled so you can't get the plastic off without disassembling the exterior doors. Great refrigerator that looks terrible.

Awkward, lack of access.

I like the auto fill water dispenser. and the refrigerator is attractive. I find it wasteful to have to open both doors to access the drawer. It feels like I have much less room in both the refrigerator and freezer area compared to my last one. The ice maker is hard to access, small, and dispenses slowly if at all.

Great looking refrigerator and love the black stainless steel. Good storage compartments in both refrigerator and freezer section. Hope it lasts me a long time. 🤗

Hoping things get better from here!

Missing an interior bin. Ordered and delivered. Problems with the freezer ranging from -10 to 19 degrees. Called for service call. Parts on order.

Water/Ice dispenser Issue

After owning this refrigerator for 2 weeks, the water/ice dispenser stopped working completely. Repairman came yesterday and diagnosed the problem as electronic. He had to order 3 electronic parts and will come back in 2 more weeks to install them. How disappointing to spend this kind of money and deal with quality issues immediately.

water connection on back of refrigerator leaking water cannot use water or ice lowes is suppose to have someone to come and fix it but have not heard from anyone

Refrigerator will not cool below 41F

Fridge does not cool to set temperature. Verified using an Analog thermometer, our food has been spoiled several times. spoiled. Fridge temperature will not go below 42 F. Had a license tech trouble shoot and replace both fans, it didn't work. I purchased the product and registered brand new. I also had this problem especially bad in the summer time. Please help.
