Disappointed

I loved it when I got it one month ago. But now the ice maker doesn't work and the freezer is not getting cold. Repair call is coming tomorrow, but if any parts need replacement I want a new refrigerator. It's ridiculous that a refrigerator that I've had for a month is already broken.

Great new fridge

Works great. Holds a lot. Can open one door. Ice and water on door works nicely. Only suggestion is middle rack on left door is too narrow.

Nice refrigerator

I love all of the room it has in the refrigerator part as well as the freezer . I wish it was easier to set or change the temperature. The outside water and ice are great.

Great fridge!

We really love the fridge. It has very good lighting on the inside. Only down side is the small door shelves on the left side behind the ice maker. The middle shelf is too narrow to even fit a can of soda. You can use it for small vitamin bottles or butter sticks, but that is something they should improve. The other two small shelves will fit cans. Otherwise, no complaints and very happy with it!

So Far, So Good

Looks good in my kitchen. Not as big as my last refrigerator but still roomy enough to hold all my groceries. I've only had it for about 3 weeks now and the only complaint I have is that the ice maker is to small. I had to order the optional ice maker for the freezer below, which took up valuable freezer space. And the ice/water dispenser has lettering that is hard to see during the day and with the dispenser light on.

Love fridge

We love the fridge for its capacity and freezer section but it really shows a lot of hand and finger prints and requires a daily wipe down. I can’t imagine how it would be if we had children.

Good, solid and lasts

This is my second one for a different location. Spacious, I like the ice maker location.

Not cooling and food spoiling

We have had this unit for 1.5 years. Just out of warranty and the evap and dryer went bad. We have now had the repair man out 4 times for the same issue and still not cooling correctly.

So far I like it. Only thing is it is very loud. Told that’s normal but doesn’t sound right. Also the wide bottom draw does not close easily. It’s like it hits something in the back and Have to really push hard. Too hard

Temperature is on the high side in the unit

Overall this unit is very functional; nice space, clean exterior look. The only issue is the temperature control for the refrigerator area (not the freezer area) does not function in alignment with the digital settings, it is 4-5 degrees ABOVE the digital display...so at setting of 34...the unit cools to 37.9. The cooling range is 37-45 degrees. A few tech visits, but no resolution. One would think they could resolve the thermostat issue for the upper unit, but so far unresolved

Super Fridge

When purchased the fridge would not cool, make ice or water through but GE service came and replaced a control board under warranty and now it runs perfectly! WE like it's large capacity, the shallow bins behiond the icemaker are perfect for hot sauces, lemon juice etc. It has everything we want.

Great refrigerator

Love this refrigerator. Great capacity and features. Only thing I don’t like is how to get the bulk ice, for filling a small cooler. Have to disassemble the refrigerator door to get to it. Easier just to get it from the door.

Like the fridge but had to return the first one because it wouldn’t cool properly, Be sure to check the temperature calibration. Also, fyi, GE sells a wi-fi dongle for this box if you want to connect via the app and update firmware,

Not so happy

It’s been over 24 hours plugged in after sitting for 24 hours. No cold in fridge or freezer. I will call service tomorrow

Don’t Order from Lowes

I had the worst experience ordering from Lowe’s. The refrigerator did not arrive when scheduled. When it arrived it was broken and the delivery people spoke no English at all. I had to speak with the Lowe’s dispatcher . I was told Lowe’s would contact me to reschedule. I never received a call. When I called, I was asked if I still wanted the refrigerator. Worst Purchase Ever

Worst appliance ever purchased. Purchased in 2021 last year the ice maker and freezer stipped working. All repairs services state that this is a GE problem. To date i havr gotten zero help from them. This purchased replaced a 22 year old whirlpool fold fridge. Looks like thy are making disposable appliances. DO NOT BUY THIS or ANY GE appliances EVER
