Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT XR 20-volt Max 7-1/4-in Brushless Cordless ( Battery Not Included and Charger Not Included)

Great saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great saw performs just as well as my corded saw. This has allowed me to cut the cord, one step closer to a cordless job site.

Great Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my saw for a few months now and I am very Impressed with the amount of power you get even with the small battery

Light weight and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this saw a while ago used it many times and has not disappoint. Ripped and cut good amount of composite decking.

A 'must have' for a real woodworker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a DeWalt 20V Max play saw - the one with the itty-bitty (anything less than 7-1/4" is itty-bitty) blade for some time. I don't know why they even make a 6" blade saw. This one is a REAL handheld circular saw and cuts just like my corded saws. A rafter hook would be nice too.

A MUST have to your power tool collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this circular saw for my husband. It's been one of the best purchases I've made. This saw is amazing AND CORDLESS. The convenience of taking this saw wherever you need is priceless. He loves that the 20V battery has a long run time and can be interchanged with other DeWalt power tools. I highly recommend any carpenter or DIY person purchase this circular saw. This saw not only comes with the great reputation of the DeWalt name ...

Amazing tool worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw is great. It's worth exactly what you pay for it. It is the perfect size using a 7-1/4" blade to cut through most projects around the house and light remodeling. It has a great safety brake, and it stops immediately upon realizing the trigger. Compared to my Irwin corded circular saw this thing is way more powerful, lighter, and fast. Love this thing

Love this saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brother bought one of these first, sold me the first time I saw it being used. Cut 128 feet of 1/2” plywood decking for ridge vent on my house. I bought one the next day. So handy not having a cord getting in the way. Only downside is I had just bought a dewalt worm gear corded circular saw... that one barely gets used by anymore. Would recommend this cordless saw any day.

am suprised at the power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really hard to tell if its battery powered or plug in. Very happy with power and the cuts. Who needs a power cord.

Handy saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this saw about 6 months ago on a whim and it's been getting a lot more use on the job site than I expected. More power than expected out of a cordless saw! I use it for pretty much everything that's not cut at a dedicated station. I really like it for ripping sheet goods, overhead work, anything on a roof, etc.

Quality Saw

I bought this saw yesterday, I started to install the blade and it didn't come with the blade change wrench, which it stated on the side of the box that it was included.

Great Homeowner Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw has the power and size of corded models but is great for work all over the house without having to worry about an extension cord.

Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw was excellant for working outside where there was no electricity

Great Saw for Working around the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried about the strength of the saw having an 18v from a different brand that under performed. I received this item as a package deal with the 20v impact drill. I have to say I was incredibly surprised by the power and durability of this saw! I have recommended it to anyone who asks about it as well as anyone I see with long extension cords stretched around using a ac powered saw.

Great Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a corded circular saw quit on me right in the middle of a project. I saw this tool at my local Dewalt dealer and thought it would work since I already had 20V batteries and chargers. It worked great. More convenient and plenty of power.

No more cords!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a "red" version of this saw and it worked, my boss bought the dewalt and the difference between the two was night and day. The ballance , the cuts and the sight for cutting. After a week of using my boss's saw I replaced the red one with dewalt

consistent cuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this saw lately while volunteering at our local high school helping to build sets for school productions. Powerful cutting and runs for a long time before a recharge is needed.

All around great saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a 7 1/4" cordless/brushless saw and this fit the bill. Cuts like a corded, yet light and well balanced. The bottom plate aligns perfect with blade and squares up nice to a 2x4. Highly reccomend it, if your a framer tho, get the flexvolt for run time..

Perfect saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect saw, bought it over a year ago and use it on a regular basis. Saw still works like its brand new with no issues!

Fantastic power saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago and I love it. The cutting power is seamless and effortless. The battery power lasts for hours. I would recommend this saw to anyone looking for a portable heavy duty circular saw that gets the job done.
