Best entry automated egg grill on market

It hold temperature great (especially after adding a gasket to the lid and ash pan and it is very easy to use! Only down side is the temperature probe and the app. The probe sometimes errors. A quick unplug and plug back in fixes it but it's not good for overnight grilling. The app is not good. It stopped working completely for about 6 months. I have had a couple of issues with the fan erroring out but I think it was caused by Charcoal ash buildup. I now empty it every time I start to grill and make sure the chute is clean. So far no more issues with it. I do wish they would update the App I can connect to it via Bluetooth but for some reason it will never connect by Wifi ev...

Great concept, poor electronics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill is well built, the electronics and parts that make it “auto” are not. Worked great for the first couple months then it arts started failing. Thermostat and fans break every few cooks and the electronic controls fail on every cook. Usually the same few errors but a huge headache. I want to love this grill but the electronics are not great quality.

Very versatile grill

Who needs a ceramic egg?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this grill for a year. I cook on it at least 3 times a week. It’s great for anything you throw on it. From ribeye to butts. It’ll hold temperature well. I wouldn’t buy a ceramic grill, the acorn does everything I need it to do.

Very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit intimidated by charcoal cooking in the past, only because it is so difficult to maintain a predesired temperature. The Acorn Auto-Kamado takes care of that by keeping the fire set just the way I want.

Best grill I ever had

Maintains temp and easy to use!

I love how the grill tells where to set the top vent for the selected temperature! Takes out all the guesswork! Looking forward to using it more during the summer!!

Even better than my Akorn

I began researching and was really looking into pellet grills because of the ease in long smokes…however, when I came across the auto Kamado it was the perfect fit! The fan is a game changer! I light the charcoal, set the temp, and don’t have to think about it again. It’s awesome!

Awesome so far

Perfect grill
