Very Fuel Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can cook multiples on this grill using very little lump charcoal. Retains heat very well. Have had it over 10 years. Have done one partial rebuild. All of the parts I needed were available and easy to swap out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago and have enjoyed using it almost every weekend. I have cooked pizza ribs hamburgers hot dogs they all come out perfect. I love the fact that you can control the temperature with the grill.

Great Grill, poor engineering & support

Grill Heat Sensor failed 1st season after light use and was replaced under warranty which went rather smoothly. The replacement Heat Sensor started to act up just over a year after purchase. Since it was out of warranty I reached out to Char-griller and got no response after i attempted to purchase heat senso. First it was out of stock, not its not a spare part. Great price for this grill, $300.00, chose the free delivery and assembly. Delivery gentlemen were great but the assembler left some of the hardware off and I didn't receive, Lowes how do I go about receiving some hardware which is missing, mainly lower shelf bolts which ties the legs for stability?

Customer service failed

I love the design and 99% of the materials used to this grill. It works great except…the connection for the grill temperature probe is junk. A plastic clip with almost no grip causes failure. Mine did the work from the onset and from reading reviews it’s a problem they know about. The contacted the manufacturer 3 weeks ago and nothing back except receipt of my complaint. I can grill chicken and burger but nothing where the grill temperature is needed. Their service is lacking. I can’t recommend ...

Solid grill

Love it. Especially the auto feature. Set the temp and forget about it. Download the app and it will keep you updated on what’s going on.

Auto Kamado is the way to go

I love this grill, I have wanted to go back to a charcoal grill for such a long time. I was so glad I waited for the right one.

Good grill, terrible support & parts availabilit

The grill itself is pretty good. Holds temps well, lightweight for this style, compact for storing but enough grilling space for plenty of food. However, the 5 year warranty is a scam, because the part that will fail is not included: the ash pan. This is an integral part of the grill and it just won't function without it...and it starts to fail within a year. Support ignores requests or says it's not under warranty, and you can't buy the replacement either, as it's always out of stock, despite...

assembly was horrible, wasn't assembled properly

The handle was missing washers so it was loose, the vent at the top was installed backwards. Shelves on the side came damaged. Tried emailing in but no response.

Great product for grilling.

Love that it's more durable tham the one i had before.
