Delivery was a disaster. Door came damaged with a promise of replacement but no info of how or when. No user manual provided so I'm clueless how to make it work. In spite of premeasuring it doesn't really fit in the space. All communications are on-line with no human contact except with delivery subcontractors. Would RecommendThe refrigerator is gorgeous and I love the upgrade to the handles to black. The video display is also an nice added touch. Seems to make ice frequently and keeps up with demand but definitely not enough if you needed some for a cooler or party. The bin that holds the ice is pretty small. We like the adjustable shelves and has adequate space for both the fridge and the freezer. Haven't used the hot water feature yet because I keep forgetting about it!

Freezer door sometimes doesn't close immediately; had to personally make adjustments and still not 100%. Definitely don't like the new design that has the top drawer of the freezer section running on the edge of the bottom drawer. It squeaks all the time, and we'd rather the top drawer stay back, in the 'unopened' position unless we pull it out (as it was on our first Cafe). All that said,...

Would RecommendMY FIRST REFRIGERATOR WITH AN ICE MAKER!!! This is a big deal for us and we wanted a refrigerator that was stylish, and a bit smaller than what we had. This is a perfect option for us - counter depth, stainless steel, the CAFE brand, and an ICE MAKER!! We are so excited! Would RecommendLED lights are very nice. good looking fridge. Good amount of space with designated shelves. Plastic pieces are not as sturdy for price, and doors require significant amount of pressure to close. "precise fill" is misleading, you have to say what amount of mL you want, it doesn't just precisely fill to whatever cup you place there.

Would Not RecommendI have not been pleased with this Cafe fridge. I had a hard time connecting it to wi-fi and when I finally did I could not get my photos to rotate on the screen. I read the directions a dozen times and finally figured out I needed to use a USB port for photos but I can’t find where to insert it. Also, the fridge did not come with an ice bucket to put the ice in therefore I had put a bowl in the space where the ice bucket should be. Works and Looks Fantastic
We've only had the refrigerator installed now for a couple days and so far, so good. The temperature control is spot on, and the compressor is super quiet. The ice and water dispenser work perfectly with no dripping. It looks so great in our kitchen that we are considering changing all our other appliances to Cafe.
