What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles have a simple, elegant look and are easy to install, making them a good value. However, some common issues include damaged tiles due to poor packaging, difficulty cutting the edges, fragility leading to cracking or chipping, and inconsistent quality. Careful inspection upon delivery and using sharp cutting tools are recommended to address these problems.

Would Not RecommendThis product gets no stars as far as I am concerned. We purchased 13 boxes of this tile from Lowe's through an online order that I sent my workers in to pick up. Total was just over $1,000. The workers were sent out of Lowe's with 13 individual ceiling tiles even though they told the store workers that it was impossible for 13 tiles to cost $1,000. Needless to say, after sending them back in and waiting 45 minutes for the order to be pulled, they were given 9 boxes total and had to go to a diffe...

Nice SMOOTH Look!
Would RecommendLowes made it easy to buy a basement's worth of tiles from their web site, deliver it, and make one less headache for me with my remodel! Beautiful, clean-lined product which is exactly what I wanted. I get the benefits of a drop-ceiling, and the look of a smooth ceiling. We added a tiny cove molding to cover the outer edges of the ceiling, making it look a little more custom/finished. Thanks Lowes!

Bad packaging
Would Not RecommendThese are sold by the full box of sixteen only. Plan on the outside two being unusable due to damage from poor packaging and rough handling. The finished ceiling is beautiful but much more expensive than I planned due to the scrap. I usually plan for 10% scrap. Plan 20% with this stuff.

Nice, but pricey and a lot of extra work
Would RecommendDue to the indented edge you have a lot of extra cuts to make if you don't use a full tile. Not saying its too difficult once you get the hang of it, but it does add time to the job. My biggest gripe is that the tiles are only sold in full cartons and some are already damaged. You wind up with waste whether you planned for it or not.

Tough to purchase these damage free
Would Not RecommendI bought these ceiling tiles online, as they matched what I had; I needed a new ceiling tile, as one had been broken and there was a gap in the finished basement ceiling. The batch of tiles was brought to me, unboxed, with plastic wrapped around them, but the top tile was broken. I don't know if others were, as well, but I asked for another batch. A second batch was brought and the corners were damaged on quite a few of the 16 tiles in the batch. Rather than wait for a third batch, I took them, ...

Pretty decent ceiling
Would RecommendI bought these to replace some (very) old tiles I had in my bedroom. They weren't TOO hard to put up, although they were a little hard to cut. As for value, for what they are, I would of liked for them to be a bit cheaper, but they weren't TOO bad. Overall, I would recommend these tiles if you want a simplistic look for your room. In case anyone is wondering, the texture on these is a bit like rough grit sandpaper.

Not best design for angles
Would Not RecommendThe tile are difficult to cut since this design is recessed. Two cuts are necessary. One to get the tile in the frame and one horizontally to create the recess. The cut edge is a different color than the tile so it is very obvious where the tile is cut. Had I realized the tile was this cumbersome, I would have chosen a different design that is more forgiving. I had angles which further complicated the cutting. The cutting has to be precise to make it good looking in the frame. If your room does ...

Nice tiles, but will only sell by the box
Would RecommendTiles are expensive, but nice. I have them up a year now, and they look great. Only problem is that Lowe's will only sell them by the box. I needed only three to finish off the ceiling, and they wanted me to buy another box, even though I had purchased eight boxes already. I bought two similar at Home Depot instead, and put them in a corner. I decided to buy the tiles for the rest of the rooms at other hardware stores because I could not afford to waste money buying expensive tiles I did not nee...

Excellent ceiling tiles for basement
Would Recommendlooks so cool. Out of 16 boxes I had to return at least two pack due to damage else great product
Best-looking ceiling tile, quality is just OK
Would RecommendThis is essentially the consumer version of Armstrong's Ultima pro tile. I think it's the best-looking tile you can buy. It doesn't have perforations like many tiles do, so it has a clean, smooth appearance. That was the important thing to me. Cutting these things isn't fun. And the cut edge is rather brittle and powdery. You need to be very careful when installing them into the grid; try not to bang them around too much, because you can ruin the nice tegular edge you've cut. They'll take touch...
Great tile
Would RecommendI have installed this tile in two basements and found it to be a very quality tile. It's very easy to work with and looks great. It cuts clean and isn't brittle.
