Ratings & Reviews for Armstrong Ceilings 2-ft x 2-ft OASIS White Mineral fiber Ceiling Tile ( 16 -Pack, 64-sq ft / Case )

They look nice but terrible packaging, The tiles are not protected even from the slightest bump. Lots of broken corners and edges in each "box".

Smell, ugh

Oh my goodness, these tiles smell awful… However, by reading the reviews I saw that if you take out a tile from each end and blow a fan up there it will help the smell subsided so that's what I'm going to do. I can't sleep in my own room because it is just completely awful. I will change my review if doing this changes the situation of it stinking so bad.

smells like cat pee

what is going on here. it's been 3 weeks and my basement still smells like a act pee. the smell coming out of them is absolutely herendous

Nice look, frustrating to cut

These ceiling tiles have a dropped look which requires more precise cutting. It can be frustrating, but it looks nice once finished.

Easy to install

Great Modern Clean Expensive Look ! No More popcorn ceiling

Very nice ceiling tile

The product looks great when installed but they are brittle, be very careful with them. They are not cheap.

Product is fragile. Chips and breaks easily.

This is very difficult to work with. Easily chips. You have to be very careful when cutting or handling. I would not buy this product again.

Damaged ceiling tiles

A large number of the ceiling tiles were damaged so badly the contractor couldn’t use them. It appeared the package had been dropped on a corner. These were picked up in store and so this was not a delivery issue.

Exceptional customer support

Nick was great in assisting me with making large purchase of 16 cases of ceiling tile.

These tiles are junk

These tiles look really good until you go to install them. They vaporize if they barely touch the frame and forget trying to cut a reveal, they turn to dust. I bought eight boxes and could only return three because the rest got damaged when trying to cut the edge reveal or when I was taking out of the frame.

Corner crushed

I paid the cost of the product to ship it. I actually didn't realize I paid that much. I had a great experience on another product so I was going to let it pass. However, when I received the tiles, one of the corners was crushed. So, I’m disappointed I paid so much for shipping only to have tiles damaged. I ended up coming up to the store anyway so I should have just picked them up myself.

Easy update

Great update for the drop ceiling
