Consistent quality / same as originals

Tiles match existing ones from the original installation 15 years ago. You have to look at the package carefully to avoid getting any that are damaged. The edges are fragile and can break easily during shipping / handling.

too cheap quality

this tile produces particles everywhere like someone spilled sugar its all over the floor my clothes the worst tile ever saw just moving the unopened box the stuff was everywhere! returning

More finished than normal acoustic tile

I love the look of this tile. I doesn't just "lay" on the ceiling grid. It has a ledge so part of it drops down, for lack of a better description. It gives a more polished look to drop ceilings.

Look great but many damaged tlies in case

We have used these twice in two different houses for basement ceiling. They look very good and are easy to install. Definitely reccomend inspecting the tiles before taking them home. On our last project, 7 out of 8 boxes had damaged tiles. Usually 1 or 2 per box but a couple had 5 or 6. Also reccomend taking them out of the box outside if you have finished floors as they have a sand like material that falls off when they are first pulled out.

First time installing ceiling tiles, in my basement. Looks great, feels pretty solid.

Inspect package carefully for damaged tiles

Love the design and price. The finished project looks very elegant. The only downside is that many tiles had damaged corners and edges.
