What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this water heater for reliable, quick heating and consistent hot water delivery—even for households with multiple people showering back-to-back. Most highlight easy installation and the compact design fitting tight spaces like crawl spaces and small closets. Many reference strong brand loyalty, with expectations of 16 to 24 years of durability based on past experiences. A small number report receiving units with visible dents, and a few mention minor design concerns or initial element issues. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend this as a dependable, long-lasting choice.
