What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this water heater for reliable, quick heating and consistent hot water delivery—even for households with multiple people showering back-to-back. Most highlight easy installation and the compact design fitting tight spaces like crawl spaces and small closets. Many reference strong brand loyalty, with expectations of 16 to 24 years of durability based on past experiences. A small number report receiving units with visible dents, and a few mention minor design concerns or initial element issues. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend this as a dependable, long-lasting choice.

Just Installed, Time will Tell, Too Early To Rate
Would RecommendToo early to rate. 6 year warranty I believe. My plumber installed. Other than looks, not much I can say yet. I hope it will last a very long time.

Highly satisfied!
Would RecommendThe contractors installed this same day and it works great! The hot water gets really hot and stays hot for quite a long time. No need to worry about the water getting cold while running both showers or the dishwasher simultaneously in my condo anymore.
