Item arrived damaged
I paid for expedited delivery of the water heater yesterday so that the plumber could install it today. However when the plumber opened the box he found several dents in the item. I called customer service and spoke to someone with a foreign accent who at first said they would exchange or if I kept offered a discount. However, that story soon changed and they then told me the only thing I could do was return the item. I had a plumber waiting. I paid for expedited shipping and they were tell...

Would RecommendTwo things I did not like about; Both Screws for thermostat covers were kinda stripped, I had to pry cover away while unscrewing to remove cover to check temperature settings. Secondary, on lower thermostat I had to remove white plastic safety cover in order to read temperature settings numbers.j
