Would Not RecommendThe water heater was damaged from the Lowe's store in Vero Beach, FL. The outside box is completely okay. From the contractor's observation, the heater was damaged at the factory and was shipped anyway despite needed rework. Called Lowe's and was told they can do nothing without an RMA number. Called A.O. Smith, sent a picture of the damaged unit, and was told it's only cosmetic and "should" not be a problem. Received no remedy or even an apology. The purchase process was very smooth. The sales attendant easily loaded it to our care. It is about 125 pounds but easy to maneuver.
