only installed a month and so far so good we shall see. The guys at Lowes were very helpful and polite. None on the floor but in stock on the high shelf and they worked quickly to get one for me then checked me out right there. Now that was easy!

Anode unable to be changed

Would Not Recommend

Heater is 2 months old and cannot change zinc anode to aluminum even with 800 ftlb dewalt impact wrench. of course Lowes does not support the product and referred to AO smith who does not have a page on website to start warranty claim. Good grief what a joke
