Beautiful Piece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Santoku is beautiful and well-balanced. The 7” is a large knife, almost as large as the Chef’s knife, so make sure that’s what you want when selecting from the 7” or 5”.

Precision cutting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the curved blade. My favorite part of the knife is the comfortable handle. I was considering an Asian knife that does not have the little hook at the end of the handle. This is so much more comfortable for my needs.
