My new favorite knife!

Best knife ever!

It’s versatility makes it the go to knife in my kitchen. The edge is incredibly sharp and holds up well. When it begins to dull, a few swipes on the steel quickly gets it back to peak performance.

7-inch Rocking Santoku Knife, Hollow Edge
Would RecommendI really like the Santoku's that I have for cutting things like tomatoes and other veg that is a bit more delicate. I feel like the hollow edge helps cut things a bit easier, and I use these knives quite a bit out of Pro collection
